Sawridge was a nice stay. Pillows were in rough shape.

I booked this hotel very last minute with no time to cancel. I only read the reviews afterwards and I got so extremely worried! The stay was better then I thought and I was so relieved! The building is aged, I especially noticed that in the bathroom but it wasn't extremely terrible ! I'm a very fussy person and I left satisfied so I was very thankful! Staff was very help and checking in and out was easy ! The room was clean and a good size. It's in a good spot in the city as well.

It was ok I’ve stayed there a lot over the year. Property is starting to show its age I’m going to look for another.

The property is on a 4 Lane Highway, which can be a little difficult to get into and out of but other than that it’s clean and well maintained and they have a nice bar open we’re a happy hour into the evening

Decent hotel for the price. No headboards on beds in our room.

The staff were nice and helpful the hotel and rooms could use a refresh. Unfortunately, our bed was not comfortable.

Fine. And great price. Restaurant was fine. Gym was just OK.

The buffet was good, and staff was pleasant to us. Room could of been better stocked with towls as it was a room for 3 adults and only one set of towls, should always have at least 2 to 4 sets available

Convenient

Check-in was at 3 which is fine BUT there was a lineup because only 1 staff was on. Mistakes were made and someone unlocked our door and walked in 20 minutes after we got settled

The room smelled damp and musty, the carpets had been washed and not fully dry, the carpet was super sticky, my shoe stuck down and pulled my shoe off. Some guy asked me for crystal meth in the hallway. The drink dispenser took my 5$ and didn't dispense my water bottle. Went to lobby and staff said there was nothing they could do as the machines are independently owned, but proceeded to charge me for a water bottle. No microwave, had to call front desk and wait for one to be brought up. Bedside lamp had a short, bulb kept flickering. Adding Sawridge Inns & Conference Center to Google Maps took us to a Napa Auto parts store twice across the city.

When we checked in the place looked amazing! It was a lie. Do not stay here. We got to our room and checked our bed. First thing we saw was newly hatched bed bugs! When informing employees they seemed very surprised. We had to be moved room as we had no where else to stay. Upon arrival we checked the bed again. This time there was a bed bug trap under our mattress. There was burn holes in our blankets as well. Not only that but cleaning staff made comments to us that they were surprised we were still in the hotel since we complained about the hotel then went off laughing. Extremely unprofessional. And the supposed large suits consist of 2 dressers, 2 night stands, a couch, a chair, desk area, a TV , a bed and a coffee table in a room the smelt like cigarettes. It was very off putting for how empty the room truly was. If you had to choose sleeping in your car or staying here, choose your car.

The staff were excellent!! My only issue was the room. when we entered our 2 bed room to unpack and relax after a 12 hour drive. Being exhausted, we sat on the end of one bed and the whole thing tipped forward, due to the bed frame being broken. I honestly wasn’t bothered by it, but if we are paying for a bed to sleep in I expect it to not fling up at me when seated. And the carpet could definitely use a quick cleaning, the room we stayed in was more than likely loved by many families in the past just going off of the small things we saw. The stay was over all very lovely and I’d do it again

Room was dirty. Dust everywhere. Won't stay here again.

Room had a terrible lingering odor.. Room was not cleaned in between days and nothing restocked.
