I spent less than an hour in my first room. I found blood on one of my pillows. There was no smoke detector in the room instead it was a hole in the wall with wires hanging out. It looked like there was a recent drywall hole fixed in the bathroom but they didn’t bother to clean up after it was fixed.

Easy to get too

Great value for the low low price. We were just passing by and needed a clean, comfortable bed, shower and good air conditioning - which we got. The room was mostly renovated,.with a big and cool mini fridge, microwave. There was a rug between the two double beds that was gross and sticky, but overall the room was pretty clean. The room smelled musty when we first entered, but after turning on the AC full blast, it was tolerable. Staff was feindly and efficient. Great roas stop.on the way to new york. Would stay again, if passing by this way.

Great stay for 2 nights while in town

Room was so dirty. The sheets had stained the walls had stains. There were cigarette ash on the floor next to one bed. The bathroom smelled like urine and mildew. It seemed like the room was not even cleaned, and the sheets and blankets were just remade on the bed to cover it up. The room had a damp smell as soon as you walked in. I immediately checked back out a half hour after I checked in because I felt it was unsafe to let my children sleep in the bed.

The fridge door didnt close and it was a block of ice, no soap at sink, little to no shampoo and bath soap. Very loud by highway. Pillows were hard as rocks. Floor wasnt clean in bathroom

Great place for an overnight stay. Quick and professional check-in, clean and comfortable room.

Customer service horrible, rooms need updated ASAP. No soap and shampoo. My room key was no working and got replace. Just no recommend

Came back from our day out to find ants and bugs on the bathroom floor. Went to the front desk and there was nobody around. Decided to go get something to eat and come back. Once again, nobody was around, which was extremely irritating and decided to check out a night and find another hotel. Once again, nobody at the front desk to even talk to about the room’s conditions at me, early and wanting a one night refund. I highly recommend not staying at this property. There was also trash laying throughout the parking lot and the property area. People hanging out in the common areas throughout the evening and night time.

Didnt even stay due to bed being broken, cockroach in room, musty crusty odor and no refund

Dirty floors and sink, microwave is dirty, no trash can, no hair dryer, dirt washcloth on the counter, no coffee maker, top of refrigerator is disgusting, lock is broken, tv is leaning against the wall, not secured, bed frame is bent, curtain rod is broken…YUK!

The staff were very nice and upgraded me to a better room because the first one wasn’t properly cleaned.

Room was dirty - mold in corners - floors were sticky with hair - overall not a great place to stay

Always love staying here. I get a good rest and I get to enjoy my skills games.

We were greeted by Christine at check-in, and she was warm and accommodating. When we encountered an issue with one of the beds in our room, she quickly moved us to another without hesitation. The hotel is in the middle of renovations, which was apparent in our room—one wall had been patched but not repainted. We also had to request a hair dryer, extra towels, and toilet paper, but the staff responded quickly and were always friendly. The pillows were small and a bit lumpy, and the beds were quite "bouncy"—every time we shifted, it felt like the bed was bouncing. Overall, it was a decent stay for a short visit. For the price, it offered good value.
