It was ,A nice place to stay for the night 😊 with family! Pool was clean,small but clean. Front desk manager made sure we were safe.

The room was super clean! The room itself was very spacious and the tub big enough for two. The staff were exceptionally kind and very friendly! We would defiantly stay again! Thank You!!

Close to all AC has to offer if your not staying on the broadwalk.

The only positive thing I have to say is that the booking was available on the same day. However, the bed sheets were dirty and stained. Also, the room was HOT. The ac did not work longer than 3 minutes and kept shutting off. The toilet was clogged and I had to ask for a plunger to unclog it myself. After complaining about the hot room and non working ac, a worker came and brought a small fan. I spoke with the manager briefly and she said she would reach back out to me and i have not heard from her. Worse stay ever. Super disappointing. It was brutal.

This property seemed to have limited options for travel/contractor workers needing temporary lodging for work in the area. It would have been helpful if this property had 24/7 staff at the front desk to assist with patron needs outside of the 9a to 5p dayshift hours. It also would have helped to have an after hours (9p to 9a) call service to record non-urgent messages and, an On-call 24hr contact number for emergencies. This prperty lacked both options for patrons.

We had a very nice stay. The girl at the desk was super friendly. Only thing we were upset about was the pool wasn’t open, not the hotels fault though. But room was nice clean and big bed was comfy tv and WiFi worked great. Will definitely stay here again

Pretty nice other than the lady at front yelling at me to move car when I just got there for check in and the bed springs were poking me n be dipped in middle so not great for back being on an angle

The room was exceptionally clean. However, the property uses a very strong air freshener that was horrible. It was very difficult to breath in the room until I got the air conditioner on

It was very very clean smelled good and just overall an awesome hotel

First off, we were amazed how clean and tidy the room was. Even the bathroom was immaculate. That's the main thing we care about TBH. We were a little upset the pool was closed (in Aug) and that the Continental breakfast stated in amenities was coffee and stale cereal only (with no milk). Again, not huge deal breakers, we were just happy our room was clean and cozy. We didn't spend much time in the room but our sleep was very comfortable. We'd come back again.

It was very clean and fresh paint. Did not like that we could not use the pool and that the air conditioner was broke I. The work out room.

Where to start…it’s a cheap hotel so I wasnt expecting the best but…I go to check in front counter lady was pleasant until I let her know it was my birthday than she proceeds to tell me no confetti no partying. That’s not why I was there. I needed a place to lay my head after the casino lol. Anyway we get to the room AC wasn’t turning on I let her know she comes to the room and she turns the knob it kicks back on followed with a burning smell. I explained that we just tried that so I’m not sure what’s going on. It turns back on I unpack everything and get ready to get into the shower BOOM AC turns off. I needed to get ready to go out so this was an inconvenience. I let front desk know it shut off and at this point I’m sweating. We get moved to the room next door amazing now I can unpack and get ready again. I needed to take a quick shower before going out. I turn the water on leave it on for a few minutes to heat up I come back and the tub is filled with water. It wasn’t draining at all. I got in the shower took the quickest shower of my life because it just kept filling and filling. After getting stressed out because I needed to get ready we forgot something in the other room. I call front desk and get attitude and stating she’s busy with other people and gave me the wrong combination. She calls back apologizing and finally gives the correct code so we can get back in. I’m using the bathroom and I hear the door open thinking it’s my boyfriend and its RANDOM PEOPLE.

Air conditioner did not work, 72 degrees in the room the whole stay

Property was clean, quiet, & comfortable. The manager was very professional; however, she and the cleaning staff were a little pushy trying to get us to check out. It was still one of the best, most affordable locations in Absecon on a high season Saturday.

Owner was rude, unprofessional and a nightmare!
