Very good hotel, great breakfast, good location.

Overall the hotel is nice and clean and the staff were fantastic, but our room was very simple and not very clean.

Great stay! Very walkable area and has underground parking, which was great. The rooftop pool was also beautiful.

Hotel was very centrally located and had a lovely view from the roof top pool and bar - some of the staff were friendly and helpful but some not so much - room had everything we needed but was a bit short on storage - a shame as there was room for more - eg bedside drawers rather than just a shelf - shower & bathroom excellent - plenty of sun loungers round the pool but would have appreciated a few more parasols - overall I liked this hotel and would recommend and return

Lovely hotel in a great location, spacious rooms and good value for money! Staff were lovely and text me when the rooms were ready.

Can't go wrong, room was spacious and the amenities are great. Excellent rooftop during the day and at night.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located and near the old town. The breakfast was great. The hotel and the room could do with a bit updating. The pool areas could be better and updated. Overall we had a great experience.

Staff were really friendly. Perfect location for all things Palma as really central and close to the port. Roof pool and bar were amazing with a gorgeous view! Rooms were spacious and super clean. Balcony’s on rooms were nice but view of a building wasn’t amazing. However didn’t ruin how nice it was overall.

The hotel is well located in the centre of Palma. The restaurants are good and food was excellent. The room was fine and met expectations.

Wonderful hotel with convenient location. We had access to the city, you can walk everywhere from here. Great rooftop with yummy food and drinks. Pools were a little small so we went took a taxi to Cala Mayor. Our neighbor would knock on the wall like minutes from entering our hotel, that was inconvenient. We were whispering to be respectful but never loud. I even upgraded to a suite for convenience but we couldn’t talk, probably thin walls. 3 small blocks east, main shopping area and dinning. McDonald’s was close by. We walked until like mid-night & felt very safe.

We chose this hotel due to the “luxury” element. For the price I would say it’s ok. Our room was quite dated with marks on the wall and dust under bed. Nice pools and sky bar lovely . I don’t think for the price I would come back.

Room was lovely, very clean and great air conditioning. Really nice breakfast and the staff we very good.
