My room was very clean staff was always helpful. Had my goddaughter's sweet 16 party here with the pool and the staff was amazing and I booked this hotel for her 13th birthday too and had the same experience the staff was amazing and most of the staff remembered us from her 1st party. Will be booking for her graduation party in 2028. But will be back sooner then that.

The staff is friendly and we’re very accommodating. Just wish the WiFi worked.

Great room for the price ! Breakfast was nice and service areas were clean. It’s an older property with some salt air damage visible but that is to be expected in this area. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff at the front desk. Room humidity so high everything was wet. Looked like the door had been broke into before. Parking lot trash, plenty. Bed was okay and pillows nice. I would be okay by myself but i wouldn’t take the family back. Checked out early, they did refund the rest of the trip.

When we arrived for check in I was told that since I booked through my hotels.com app I was being charged a $150 deposit. When I asked how long before the deposit would be returned the other lady working at the desk stated mind you while she had both hands in her pants adjusting her clothing stated “7-10 business days”. We get our room keys go to the room to find a bottle of used cologne on the floor. As we get unpacked we notice rust on the lamp base and the mini fridge is all rusted along the bottom. We walk out of our room to go downstairs to get our luggage and the smell of vomit reeked around the trash can at the elevator. Also the guys on the balcony smoking was very unpleasant. Check out lady was very nice and told me as long as when they inspect the room and not guns we were smoking in the room I would get my deposit back. So how do determine we weren’t smoking in the room if the rooms around us were smoking? We aren’t smokers but the balconies reeked of smoke and people on the balconies smoking.

The bed were so comfortable and spacious

The price was great but would not recommend staying more than that. Great staff. Old facility. Beds comfortable. Bathroom linens good. Safety concerning people staying at the hotel questionable. Maybe full time residents without jobs/income with space provided by the government?

The area the hotel was in was fine and nice. The hotel itself wasnt the best. The breakfast was not worth eating. We were in a non smoking room and could smell cigarette and weed smoke inside of the room from the people next door and we had small kids including a baby. There was mold on all of the picture frames and mirror. Stains in the carpet and the beds. Scuffs on the walls from the door hitting it. Bathroom had mold and an unsafe slippery bath mat.

It was very pleasant stay! The only issue i had was the leak in the bathroom. The manager was made aware but fail to switch rooms. She, instead, gave towels to absorb the water but it was a band-aid on a gaping wound and something a hotel guest shouldn't have to deal with.

Perfect stays with kids.

It was good. It needed a new mini fridge and probably a remodel. The bed was hard as a rock. But overall it was clean.

The price was great check in lady was average not real personable..total continental breakfast ugh..

We booked this room for to spend sometime at the beach for 2 birthdays. The room was pretty dirty, hair in the bathtub, red spot on the toilet seat, the room was dusty. It was not a great experience for me and my family.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay here, especially because the front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and compassionate. Unfortunately, the condition of the room made it hard to relax or feel comfortable.The room was not cleaned properly at all I found mystery stains on multiple items, including the bedding and furniture, which was honestly disturbing. The room also had a weird, musty smell that lingered the entire time. I’m not usually picky, but it was hard to ignore.Noise was a big issue as well. You could hear every single door in the hallway slamming shut — not ideal if you’re hoping for a good night’s sleep. To top it off, they left dirty linens piled up outside rooms overnight, which didn’t help the already questionable cleanliness.Breakfast was average, but the woman working the breakfast area was surprisingly rude and dismissive a stark contrast to the otherwise friendly hotel staff.This hotel has potential because of the great team at the front desk, but until they seriously improve their cleaning standards and address the noise and hospitality issues, I wouldn’t stay again.

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. The elevator was out of order, so they offered $10 off of our total cost to compensate for the inconvenience. I will definitely return to this location!
