Rigtig fint altsammen, men personalet var ikke helt gearet til til mange morgenmadsgæster på en gang og til morgenmad bestilt på værelset, glemte personalet at vedlægge bestik og tallerken.

Lovely, elegant hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the river and the Ponte Vecchio. The location is perfect--a few minutes to the heart of the Florence. The staff is exceptionally attentive and kind. The concierge helped us so much with tickets and restaurant reservations! We will differently stay here again.

Eravamo stati in questo albergo tempo fa con i ragazzi , nostri figli. L'albergo è stato rinnovato e acquistato da Ferragamo, e' bellissimo, curato, pieno di trofei nautici e a tema vela, bellissimi dipinti originali di Picasso e Cocteau. Personale gentile, centrale, a Firenze penso uno dei migliori, non troppo grande e sull'Arno naturalmente. Solo per un disguido purtroppo non abbiamo avuto la stanza che dava sul fiume, che consiglio, grazie della ospitalità

Rummet var i perfekt skick och det hade en liten balkong ut mot floden Arno och utsikt mot Ponte Vecchio. Room servicen var bland den bästa jag någonsin haft. De gjorde rummet fint när vi gick ut på dagen och när vi sedan vilat inför middag, då vi gick ut i Florens så var det ytterligare room service på kvällen och de hade ställt fram vatten på sängborden samt tofflor på en tunn handduk och gjort övriga rummet fint igen. Det var väl ljudisolerat så vi hörde inga grannar. Personalen var ytterst tillmötesgående och alltid glada samt hjälpsamma. Frukost buffén var mycket god och restaurangen var i exklusivt skick med dämpad atmosfär. Om man vill kan man äta middag i hotellets restaurang och de håller hög klass på maten. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt till alla sevärdheter. Vi satt i baren varenda kväll efter att varit ute och väl värt den sköna atmosfären innan läggdags. Det kostar att ta in men värt varenda krona.

Home away from home at Xmas — We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lungarno. The balcony overlooking the Arno was so special. We felt so pampered after the American breakfast every morning; gave us a great start to a full day in Florence. Special shoutout to Martha and Anxhelo (Angelo) at breakfast, Vincenzo at Picteau Bar, Ilaria at reception, and Mirco at the front door. The staff took hospitality to the next level.

Hotel espetacular. Pequeno e muito elegante. Uma equipe simpática, educada e eficiente. O quarto é bem amplo e tinha uma linda vista para a Ponte Vecchio. Os restaurantes são muito bons, um deles com estrela Michelin que é maravilhoso

If there is a perfect hotel: location, decor, staff.... the Lungarno is it. we could not have been happier with our room, the service or the overall experience. We could not imagine coming to Florence and staying anywhere else.

ヴェッキオ橋やピティ宮殿近くで、眺めの良いホテルでした。チェックインから係の方はすごく親切で、バスタブがホテルのお部屋紹介で出てきていたので、バスタブアリかと思いきや、シャワーのみのお部屋で、変更をお願いしたら快く受け入れていただけました。 両親の部屋はリバービューにしましたが、とても良かったです。 お部屋の清掃も、連泊でしたがしっかりして頂けて、アメニティも十分でした。 川向かいのレストラン、Roof Top Bar、ホテル1Fのビストロと両親が足が悪くホテル内で食事は完結させましたが、十分でした。特にホテルで食べたトリュフのリゾットは絶品で、ワインのチョイスも良かったと思います。 みなさんに親切にしていただき、また再訪したいホテルの一つとなりました。
