Very badddd property. Bad stsub

We stayed here as a group for a sports competition. The breakfast, pool, and facilities were perfect for our needs. Located just steps from the train, access to downtown is incredibly easy. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly.

This hotel publishes amenities that do not exist. The front staff were helpful and courteous.

Cute property, excellent friendly and helpful staff but not great if you want to walk somewhere for a latte or a cute dinner.

Everything was great

I have stayed in this hotel since maybe 10 years ago. I nothing had changed in the 10 or so years. It is obvious that property has deteriorated and is need of repairs. tiles in showers have lost grout long time ago, wallpaper are scratched and in bed shape. as you enter into there room you are met with moldy, humid smell. there is no way to open a window, not even bit to let fresh air in. Tile floors were sticky and not clean properly. The only positive is that bed and bedding were crisp and clean. Breakfast is provided for free but it is at the best mediocre. will not be staying there.

Great location, rooms in great condition, clean, stylish, a good amenities, and a good breakfast. This is my favourite place to stay near McMahon/UofC.

Nice rooms, the building had broken panels on the outside looks like a car had backed in it. The parking lot was dirty with garbage and empty alcohol cans all over. The staff and service were excellent

This property was very clean and comfortable. I liked the proximity of the hotel and the free parking. I would definitely stay at the Aloft again

Friendly staff and efficient check in

Starting with the good: my breakfast was excellent, checkin was efficient. My room: the carpet looked a bit worn, the door slamming all night was annoying and my pillows had a slight unpleasant smell. The bed was comfortable

The rooms are starting to show their age with a few broken towel racks, the parking garage has a sink hole and about 6 stalls inaccessible.

The hotel, staff , breakfast and location was perfect for our night in Calgary

Overbooked for the weekend. Provided me a room that was adjoining with others which yielded inexcusable noise and ultimately provided poor customer service.

The layout of the room is very small and the bathroom doesn’t really make sense. The toilet and shower are in one room and the sink is on the other side of the door. The bathroom door is a very heavy sliding door. Unfortunately our room was on the first floor and right next to the entrance to the hotel hallway. So all we heard all night and all day was the door opening and slamming shut. Which made for a restless sleep. The staff and other amenities of the hotel were very nice however.
