We noticed in the lounge area that the staff discriminate against english speaking guests as far as seating is concerned - it happened 3x during our 5 days stay. Also in breakfast room some of the staff was rude and spoiled the day for us. Concierge were excellent and reception too. Wonderful classy hotel and a pity some staff can ruin it for one. Will not stay there again because of staffing issues.

Yeni oda olmasına rağmen, eski oda verdiler. Musluklar çok eski elimizde kalıyor. Oda aşırı derecede eski, kesinlikle paranın karşılığı oda değil.

Zu Beginn wird der Ausweis kopiert und 100 Euro Kaution je Nacht erhoben, das mit großer Freundlichkeit. Das Hotel bietet gemütliche Zimmer, wir hatten eine Badewanne, große Bademänteln und einen großen Fön. Alles Dinge, die ich sonst immer häufiger vermisse. Hier gibt es sogar noch Briefumschläge auf dem Zimmer. Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch viel Personal aus, das immer zu Diensten steht, sehr freundlich ist und immer ein Auge auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste hat. Es gibt eine kleine Sauna, Achtung, sie ist für beide Geschlechter, und einen kleinen Pool. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Entscheiden Sie sich irgendwo zwischen veganem Käse und Kaviar mit Champagner und Erdbeeren. In diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts.

Terribly old hotel, was put in the residence which is extremely dated and extremely far from the reception and faces an internal courtyard with no light. Curtains didn’t close and AC didn’t work. They have a cassette player

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Adlon Kempinski à Berlin. L’emplacement est tout simplement exceptionnel, juste à côté de la Porte de Brandebourg et à distance de marche de nombreux sites emblématiques de la ville. L’hôtel allie élégance, confort et histoire d’une manière vraiment unique. Le service a été remarquable dès mon arrivée. Le personnel est professionnel, attentionné et très accueillant. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions tout au long de mon séjour, qui ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable et mémorable. Les chambres sont magnifiques et très confortables, et l’atmosphère générale de l’hôtel est à la fois luxueuse et chaleureuse. Les options de restauration sont également excellents. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne visitant Berlin et j’y séjournerai avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage.
