Everything we liked to do was close to the hotel.

Very clean; great service! Great location!

The water in the pool did look a bit dirty and not very big for the size of the hotel. If there was a breakfast area that was continental that was not made clear of tines or location. The concierge gentleman was over the top excellent and just could not have helped plan our visit as he was instrumental in all his knowledge & suggestions. Checking in the lady was extremely nice and very helpful! Made great conversation & truly felt welcoming

I requested a balcony but the the hotel person said they were overbooked so I did notreceive what I paidfor.

Book a two queen size beds - they over booked and had to give us a king with a sofa sleeper- sofa sleeper was extremely uncomfortable, not big enough for our family of four, no sleep- very disappointing.

The view was great and easy walk to shops and restaurants.

The room we booked through you, wasn't what we got....we booked a room with a balcony, we got just a regular room....this is the 2nd time booking through y'all that this gas happened....poor

very nice remodeled hotel. rooms was extremely clean and spacious. lobby was clean quiet and balconies for atrium view was a definite plus must have.

Hotel is in a mid-construction condition. Walls are patched and unpainted, area around the hotel have heavy equipment lying around. The hotel charged 40 dollars to park... for a night and the price was basically hidden on the website, rather than clearly differentiating between this hotel and others. That's worse than Disney prices. The hotel is at the wrong end of river street, about 2 blocks past river street walk, and the balcony views are of the construction area and the tiny pool which was smaller than a residential. The room stay was a sub-standard experience. The room was clean, but the bathroom toilet was so loud, it scared me when I first flushed and the lock on the balcony door was broken. Stay was just, not great, not necessarily bad, but not even as good as a holiday inn express for the price.

The korean lady was very kind to me and helped me when the room was late. Although it was frustrating at the moment, the customer service was outstanding. Shout out to her for making my parents feel inclusive and welcome.

The Desk Staff at this location was top notch! Very nice and helpful.

Shockingly Dirty Room – Not What You Expect from a Marriott We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of our room at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront. Upon arrival, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and it only got worse as we looked around. There was vomit under one of the tables, fingernail clippings on and inside multiple tables, and pubic hair covering the bottom of the shower. Even more disturbing, there appeared to be bodily fluids smeared on the bathroom wall. This level of filth is completely unacceptable, especially from a Marriott-branded property. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected before our stay. We did not feel comfortable or safe, and it seriously impacted our trip. The location is great and the lobby is attractive, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of basic hygiene in the room. I hope management takes this seriously and makes major changes.
