We booked a nightmare hotel before the Red Roof Inn+ and I should’ve just booked with them from the get go. The check in man was so friendly, nice, and helpful!! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. This hotel was affordable and nice. This isn’t applicable to my family, but the hotel is very dog friendly which was great to see! I definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting the Boston area! It’s very close to the highway also.

This places had only one elevator working and the other people staying there were partying till all hours of the night I barely got any sleep at all

Elevators hardly ever work. The property is filthy, with homeless people outside all hours of the night. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful

She charge me some fee to deposit and they did return until the moment.

Went to check in around 7:00pm, only to find there was no room for us, even though we had a reservation. Apparently the cleaning staff didn’t service a bunch of the rooms. We had to cancel and find another (much nicer) hotel. The only good thing I’ll say was the person at the front desk was very nice and professional.

I can’t sleep well because it’s noisy other people speak loudly and the TV very loud Elevated one don’t work that let people wait more than normal time

We booked this property within 10 minutes before checking in. It's quite decent despite the beds size. The location is just across the shopping and dining center.

Staff was nice. Room was as clean as it could be. Other guests had dogs that often barked and one threw up in hall. This isn’t on the staff, it’s on the rude guests. The bed and pillows felt cheap.

Most horriblr ted roof ever stayed at. No sgront desk staff ever available or visible

Parking lot was dirty, garbage, the 1 female staff on checkin was not very friendly or helpful. Expensive, incidential fee for a hotel.

The rooms were clean and a good size. The outside leading to entry had a lot of trash. Not very appealing.We will continue to stay with you because we like it. Some room for improvements. I miss the pool!!!
