Friendly staff. Clean Room. Good for a short stay.

Very safe and clean

The parking area was safe. Security was in the lot after we returned late from my uncle's retirement party. We felt safe throughout the entirety of our stay. The breakfast was healthy and delicious.

The parking area had security circling all night. Completely safe. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel needs a serious deep cleaning. Our 1st room reeked of cigarette smell, had stained/dirty tub. Also there was a stain on the curtain where some type of bug was smashed. I will say that the staff was very empathetic and responsive with transferring us to another one that appeared nicer. However, the mattress was so filty and need thrown out immediately. I just feel the presentation, cleanliness just isn't there, no matter how much affordable it is, compared to other places.

The hotel is a really great place for a weekend getaway. It's not a "luxory" hotel, but it is comfy. The indoor pool was really nice, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast staff made sure they were available.

Needed to speak with manager regarding bill and she was never available in person and never returned my call. Bathroom needs a bit of renovation. Housekeeping staff were pleasant. Some of the front desk staff were a bit off putting.

The elevator was torn up , the rooms decor, shower curtain and shelving was worn ripped and had spots …I have pictures The other thing is there’s no phones in the room so when I need extra towels I had to go downstairs

Safe didnt work, told the front desk, they did nothing, elevator didnt work, no orange juice for breakfast, didnt clean the room, just changed the towels, next day made the bed, didnt clean the shower, room numbers were pieces of paper scotch taped to the wall. Would never stay at this brand again! Breakfast staff was unfriendly and not helpful!

Woke up on check out morning only to realize there were no towels. Called the front desk from the room phone and it was busy. And busy the night before. It was always busy, I called multiple times. The morning desk worker told me to come downstairs to get a towel. Mind you I had just got out the shower. Then the man ask me “if I just got out the shower” like really dude???

The Hotel is great for proximity to stadium. It is being renovated some but needs more work. It is clean and thw staff was nice.

Parking was not enough room. One of the elevators was stuck for a long period of time emergency services and firefighters with police had to help free the person. Sink smelled musty and basement like. Water was not drinkable and the shower drain was plugged. The breakfast was good but the whole three days they were out of butter and had no margarine.

Just say I won’t be staying here anymore! It’s just too much to type!

Terrible area and servuce

Arrived at 2:25pm and was told if we wanted to checkin early which is only 35 minutes it was $50 extra. Never had a hotel charge for arriving early. Obviously i waited the extra few minutes as did other guests coming in. Only 1 elevator worked so took forever toget to the room. The room itself was comparible to other hotels i stayed at. Only exception is the bathriom. The sink was outside the bathroom, so i am sure the handle for the bathroom door is germ city. The shower faucet had a steady light stream of water coming out of it, so that needs to be fixed. The breakfast was good. Had multiple options. Overall compared to other hotels i stayed at in the area this was below average. I would not stay here again. The negatives outweigh any positives.

Only one elevator was functioning and none of the up down arrow buttons lite up when pressed. The AC unit and refrigerator was loud and kept me away when they turned on. The entertainment center was rotten and falling apart in the refrigerator compartment. There were not pens or paper on the desk. There is no ice machine and no vending machines. The back of the hotel where there use to be a restaurant looked like it had been abandoned for quite some time and was falling part. The staff on the other had was top notch very professional and helpful .

The room was better than expected after seeing the lobby the bathroom was to small in my room I sure other rooms have different floor plans it did have a fridge and microwave but no laundry facilities here the breakfast is ok not bad but not all that if you know what I mean the staff I talked to were very nice and pleasant
