Great staff and the extras are nice

The check in staff is amazing at this hotel! Breakfast is better than a lot of other places (no idea why — its the typical breakfast offered). Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious.

Quiet, clean, professional/friendly staff, great bed/room/amenities. Breakfast was good. Many restaurants in the area. Cracker Barrel right next door. Convenient on/off for 75. Worth the few extra bucks.

Nice hotel and convenient. A Cracker Barrel next door that was great for a quick decent dinner. Nice happy hour at the hotel beforehand.

Have stayed here many times before the recent remodeling. The lobby and breakfast rooms were under construction but no mention of this was given. Rooms used to have a wonderful work space and desk area. This has been eliminated. Also the size of the bathroom vanity now is much smaller . If you take a shower, you can reach the amenities but as a bath taker, I cannot.

When I walked up to registration desk I specifically stated we wanted a room not near elevator, nor ice machine and no noise. We were assigned room 111 sandwiched between the gym on one side and on the other side the lobby with breakfast area. This was not satisfactory to us. We just swallowed our disappointment and stayed the one night. Received a wake up call, which we did order for 6 am…not pleasant. The plus side: breakfast was bigger and better than Sleep Inn and other hotels we stayed at during our 10 1/2 day road trips the last consecutive 14 days.
