The hotel was clean and quiet, we loved the hot tub and the breakfast was great. We appreciated the airport shuttle very much.

Clean rooms and comfy beds

The Accommodation were nice and the location is good. But the number one thing was the friendliness of the staff.

Was in San Diego for a two day one night stay at the DoubleTree. Room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy check out and really enjoyed the Noon check out time. Grounds were clean and nice. The outside patio that looked out to the mini golf/pool was nice to enjoy your cup of coffee. Nice background music. Was centrally located to Shelter Island Park, Miguel's Cocina, Better Buzz and the San Diego Zoo.

the staff was amazing, specifically the front desk guy with dark hair and glasses, looked like a manager, helped us out a lot and made the experience enjoyable at this hotel resort. really recommend this location.

We always enjoy staying here, their renovations are lovely and it’s well kept up with. The food at the café was also amazing!

I was not happy by my experience with this hotel.I did not receive what I paid for I was actually in a room where it was old meldy and also had a lot of smell of urine.I would like for something to be done for me.Due to the fact that I am completely unsatisfied with the service

I did not eat breakfast on property. It was not offered with room. If i was going to pay I chose to eat off property. The room was clean. The shuttle was convenient to get to the pier.

Pleasant staff

The airport shuttle started at 4:30 am which was earlier than surrounding hotels which we needed for our early flight. We were not offered the advertised fresh cookies which wasn't a big deal, but would have been nice to be asked. The room was in a separate, older part of the hotel, but had been updated and was clean.

The shuttle was perfect

This room was older, had an odd smell, outdoor entrance, charged for parking. They call this a bayside hotel but you can’t see the water at all from this property. Not at all worth the cost.
