False advertising for instance free breakfast wasn't given for 2 morning only coffee pool was closed another reason why I booked my stay here I personally will not book here again thanks but no thanks

The room locks did not work , there was mold everywhere . Also there were bed bugs and stains everywhere in the rest room . The staff was rude , when asked for another room I was told there all was the same and that you “ get what you get “ currently trying yo get a refund

I did not like that the pool was not working and that was the reason that I booked the hotel. I was very disappointed that the website did not state that prior to booking and driving 4 hours to this location.

The management wasnt the best. Beds and room were not dine the first day. Our socks were dirty everyday after walking on the floor. I will never stay at that motel again.

Trash cans overflowing daily. Pool was permanently closed though advertised to be opened. Huge cracks and leaks in bathtub. Floors filthy and gritty. Room was not very clean. Parking lot was dirty with trash everywhere. Broken up parking lot difficult to drive though. Very noisy due to be located right by highway. Everything was dirty and felt very unsafe. Not as advertised at all. Will not be back

Check-in staff was on her phone and didn't seem to be very welcoming. It took a while for her to identify our room and check us in. She didn't seem to be very capable of operating the computer to select our room and check us in. Not very professional. Our first stay at the property. The other hotels we usually stay in while in town were full due to nearby college graduation.

No clean towels

Toilet had duct tape holding it together and bathroom full of mold.

This hotel was horrible. The air vents was full of dirt and gunk. The ac was missing buttons. There was mold around baseboards and mold on the tub. Looks nothing like the pictures. The smell was horrible too! The curtain had holes on it.

They remodeled the lobby, but the rest of the facility was abysmal.

The service was nice.

Staff was nice tried to accommodate our needs but everything else was horrible.stairway reeked of urine. inside we had to change rooms because the heat didn’t work and the tub was just filthy eww and the second room was no better it smelled of busted sewer and the air and heat unit whined all night. do not recommend.

The door wouldn't close tight.the shower was broke on the floor..holes in wall in bathroom im guessing from the shower being broke.. they wouldnt let me change rooms.. over all the worse place ive ever stayed in

Room was nasty linen was stained smelled like someone had just finished hooking up in the room pulled blanket back had blood stains on mattress asked for another room after a long discussion finally got another room it was a little better but was still dusty and musty but it was late we laid a blanket in the bed and laid down would never stay again

Terrible stay i was there 7 days, sheets were never changed, hole in my wall, housekeeping didn’t bring towels for 2 days, they never cleaned the room just empty my trash and ashtray, towels were dirty, when I left a bag i called and the guy at the desk wouldn’t go check for me, guy told me to call the next morning, i wont waste my money again
