The pool was down for most of our stay which was unfortunate as we picked the hotel based on the pool.

Our stay overall was good but we couldn’t get the TV to work, we tried everything it said and nothing worked so my husband went down to the front desk for help and all he was told was you just press 2. We tried that about 50x and nothing!! So no TV, which was very annoying !!

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. We were out most of each day and when we returned to our room, it was clean, beds made and fresh towels. The breakfast buffet each morning was very good. I have nothing negative to say.

Problems with room-card with elevator?Room temperature had an issue. Very warm. Pillows on bed uncomfortable. Breakfast very average.

Amazing pool and hot tub area! Open wide to the June Alberta skies! On site restaurants were very good and breakfast was excellent! Room size was good and bed very comfortable. Parking very easy. Nice neighbourhood to walk only a block away. Highway is close. Great views of downtown Calgary!

The first night our tv didn’t work and said they’d have it fixed the next day, didn’t get fixed till 4pm the following day. The breakfast service the second day was horrible, we stayed here for the hot tub and pool only for it to be closed Friday and Saturday. Don’t recommended

Clean room, Staffs are very friendly and accomodating. Lots of choices for breakfast. Everything was delicious. The pool was clean.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly. We were only there for one night so we only ate at one restaurant which was very good service and food. With all the other restaurants there plus the pool it would make a great place stay for a few days. Location is also within walking distance to many other stores and restaurants.

The Carriage House is my go to hotel whenever I visit Calgary. My family frequently books events there. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and we enjoy the breakfast buffet. After a little glitch between the price confirmed with Expedia, and the arrival price, the mgr found the issue(a new tax added after I made my reservation), the amt was subtracted and I was given a $40 voucher for food/beverage, unexpected and appreciated. The only downside is that there are no safes in the standard rooms. Hopefully they will add these by our next family event next year.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations and the rooms and facilities were all 5 star imo.

Staff always friendly and efficient. We have stayed here four times. Central location to fast food places, and mall. Within walking distance to Heritage C train station and 1 stop to Chinook Mall. There’s an outdoor pool and jacuzzi which I did not try out. Beds are showing a bit of a sag. Closet wasn’t full depth and places to hang wet towels limited in smaller bathroom. Toilet seemed low for the elderly to get up from. Robes were a great feature but in need of fabric softener. Buffet breakfast is decent.

Fast check in, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and wifi. Easy access off the highway.
