Great stay as always!

Everything was good

Stayed here for a night and had a stellar experience. The room and common areas were spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was surprisingly good—fresh options. Would happily book again.

We stayed for the weekend, it was fairly priced and quick and easy check in. They have different entrances throughout the hotel and we were able to access an additional parking area where you had to use your hotel key to get through. The room was spacious and nice. It had everything we needed. They also offered kick back nights with complimentary drinks which I thought was cool. Next time we are in town I would definitely stay here again! Staff was also very friendly!

During our travel from NC to Texas, we were treated with utmost respect by the staff at tbis facility. We were privileged to stay in 2 other Drury Hotels in New Orleans and Birmingham. We were extremely pleased with the breakfast offered each morning. The food eas delicious and hot. The 3 complimentary cocktails and food in the evening was an added benefit that we enjoyed eminently. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely the best stay we’ve had in a long while. Customer service was beyond outstanding because of Jack! Jack the Front desk attendant was amazing! He provided the best customer service we’ve ever received… and we’ve visited several hotels. Jack was courteous, attentive, friendly, polite, and 100% accommodating. He is a “Jack of all trades!” The room was huge, cold, comfy, and clean! I definitely recommend The Drury Inn in Austin, Texas! Thanks Jack!!!

Loved this property! Staff was excellent, rooms were clean, and close to lots of shops (the Domain). They had free happy hour with drinks, snacks, and free breakfast. 10/10 would recommend .

The traffic noise was hard to block out, but the room was nice and clean.

Have stayed at this property a few times for work and this time it was for personal travel. Really enjoy Drury Suites and recommend this one for Austin. Good location to places in Austin, food and feels very "safe." Staff is always nice and accommodating. Rooms are Cool, clean and quiet which is great for traveling. My 2 complaints are there are not enough Drury suites in other cities/states & they need different coffee creamers such as French vanilla etc. all they had was 1/2 and 1/2 and milk. But other than that I always stay at Drury as a 1st choice as opposed to others. We will be back. Thanks Drury!

Everything especially the staff! Food was great!

They have free popcorn, snacks, free 3 drinks in lobby in evening. They had delicious extensive breakfast. Everyone was very polite and asked about our trip. Would definitely stay agin.

Customer service is amazing! Good breakfast menu and over all good experience. Rooms are bit small.

When we arrived Jack was so friendly and made it possible for us to have the 2 rooms right next to each other and we really appreciated that. The staff and everyone was so nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff at Drury Hotel in Austin, Texas were all so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I am so glad we chose Drury Hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

I liked the security of the parking. If you don't have a room card you cannot access the parking lot in the back of the hotel.
