Easy check in ,quiet ,comfortable

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this spot. We were exhausted after traveling and exploring all day. A hot shower and a very comfy bed helped us sleep all night! The room was very clean and updated. Highly recommend for the price!

It was easy to hear the guest above us walking around and the guest next door playing video games so not very sound proof. Other than that everything was good.

The staff was amazing and everything else was just ok. Overall it did its job for a goodnights sleep at a very reasonable price.

The lady at the check in was very kind and helpful.

Sarafina is a great employee. Very helpful and quite pleasant!!!

When we arrived, the trash cans were not cleaned, portions of the room were dusty, there weren't enough towels for both of us, and there was not enough toilet paper. During our stay, we had to request towels & toilet paper since maid service was every other day. Also, there was no iron, ironing board, and only 2 hangers. The pillows on our bed were woefully insufficient.

It was the cheapest hotel in the area and it was one of the newest ones. I would stay again

A/c not working properly 1 spot on sheet

The odor of room deodorizer is overwhelming. We had to open the door and turn the a/c up high to try to tone it down. The sink was dirty around the handle. Otherwise, the room seems clean. I haven’t mentioned the smell to the office because the office smells like this room. I think it’s Odorban. The office staff is very nice, but I’m anxious to leave.

Mrs Williams got me checked in, then explained where my room was located and where to park. I opened the door to my room and found it clean, with everything I need, and I like the way it's decorated

The lingering smell of the cleaning products is very strong.

Quiet clean comfortable

It was a great place to stay if you are looking for an inexpensive stop close to Petrified Forest NP! Not fancy, but clean, felt safe, and well reviewed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay; you get what you pay for on that. Would stay again!

There was a horrible tapping noise in the wall. It sounded like a refrigerator was running and the tv didnt work.

The desk clerk was wonderful. Housekeeping should check hand and body wash dispensers. Luckily i always carry soap.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
