La habitación es muy ruidosa por fallas en la tubería

Staff here are so friendly and service was great. Fabian took time to talk to us in the mornings, he was welcoming and kind. Mario at the Italian restaurant was funny and kind, and provided great service as well. Everyone did a great job, and work so hard. The accommodations are clean and the building is also clean throughout. We had a small issue with our room that came up mid way through our trip, but we were moved right away and there were no other problems. Thanks for a great stay.

No nos proporcionaban toallas en el cuarto, en el plan todo incluido no nos atendían los meseros no había cubiertos, servilletas un mal servicio.

Estuvimos 5 días en familia y todo estuvo excelente. La habitación amplia, los servicios de lo mejor y el personaluy amable. En todos los restaurantes la comida estaba deliciosa.

It was ok. I guess that I expected more from an all inclusive resort. But the bed was comfortable & the water pressure was great. I didn’t expect to have to pay for in room coffee or the bottles of water, not very “all inclusive”.

With the elite package, food was amazing and plentiful. Easy to book Al a carte restaurants. Had some issues with one of the housekeepers, but it was rectified with one phone call. The other housekeeper was amazing. Resort is a bit rundown but clean.

Habitación en promedio limpia, las cabeceras y los Cojines de la cama estaban sucios y mal olientes, las llaves mezcladoras tenía fugas de agua y se tiraba agua por todos lados. El servicio del personal muy bueno, todos muy amables y serviciales; mal servicio de internet wifi y pésimo que te lo limiten a dos dispositivos por habitación. Falta modernizar las pantallas a smart TV

Went with my family for a two day trip been here numerous times in the past this time around it was horrible service from Yolanda a supervisor. ac was not working in the room when I called to complain about it since it was 90 plus degrees outside she worded it “as I want a free day at the hotel. Customer service skills is completely awful. I want to begin with saying I paid for this reservation ahead of time so this comment deeply offended me. I was referred here because of the exceptional service but that definitely not the case. Yolanda is a horrible person and lacks social skills.
