Excellent location, very good staff and superb buffet for breakfast and dinner. Three restaurants on site and plenty of restaurants less than a minute walking. Located right on the village, near the lift for the ski slopes. Only drawbacks are that you can’t use a/c and is a little noisy if you open the windows; also small room for the high price paid. High clorine odor in the floor where spa is located. Would stay again.

Reservamos una habitación normal y estaba muy fea, no iba de acuerdo al hotel, la habitación estaba vieja y con poco mantenimiento. Tuvimos que hacer un upgrade a las habitaciones level y esa si estaba bien mantenida y moderna. Considero que es mucho lo que se paga por la habitación normal para el estado en la que estaba. El upgrade fue de 85 euros por noche lo cual se me hizo mucho

Noisy retreat in a tourist trap.

The experience was way below the expectations. For more than 400 euros we expected at least nice views and not a wall right outside the window, mountain decoration and not old furnitures and a relax eviorenment and not something similar to a hotel in Eurodisney with thousands of nosiy kids around the hotel.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff and service. Room too hot but they kindly moved us to another room. Wouldnt put us off going back as the overall experience was excellent.

Fint hotel. Små trange rom, men mange fine fellesområder. Hyggelig betjening og kort å gå til skiheisen. Veldig trivelig barneklubb med morsomme aktiviteter hver dag.

Hotel com uma localização incrível, estacionamento no subsolo, bons restaurantes. O café da manhã era incrível. O quarto, contudo, era muito pequeno para acomodar uma família de 4 pessoas. As fotos representam adequadamente o hotel.

Nice staff clean hotel

La chambre fournie ne correspondait pas aux spécifications mentionnées lors de la réservation, et la photo présentée était trompeuse. Lorsque nous avons signalé ce problème à la réception, ils nous ont conseillé de réserver directement auprès de l’hôtel à l’avenir pour garantir une meilleure chambre. De plus, il y avait un niveau de bruit élevé émanant de la buanderie de l’hôtel. Quant au lit d’appoint destiné à la troisième personne, il s’agissait d’un clic-clac trop petit et inconfortablement disposé.

Rent och fräscht rum, kändes nyrenoverat. Hela hotellet kändes fräscht men de bör göra något i matsalen på kvällen, alldeles för upplyst så den mysiga kvällskänslan man önskar vid middagen blev istället en skollunchkänsla. i efterhand hade jag inte bokat med kvällsmat utan ätit ute på fler olika restauranger.
