They gave away my room and down graded me as they over booked I even pre checked in on line to assure They didn’t offer me anything and I did not receive a discount for the downgrade

Room was not good as per the price. Bathroom was dirty. Hair all over the sink, bath tub and on the floor. Was feeling terrible. Just stayed there for an hour and made my mind to change the hotel. I did not even want to change my room in the same hotel.

The room was not clean and there was empty water bottles. Could not open the door in the bathroom all the way. No shampoo and she forgot to bring it. Hotel is in major need of uogrades

Nothing unique about this hotel, sorry. The staff did not seem to care about our issue that we brought their attention. We will not be back.

The mattress was dirty and broken. Springs in the mattress was broken

Slept well.

This hotel is in need of a renovation, I’m not sure any amount of cleaning could improve a stay.

Needs up dating. Elevator is small No help with luggage

The floor was filthy (looked like blood stains on carpet and dried urine on bathroom floor), bedside lamps missing. Foyer was impressive and the breakfast was good.

Was told that debit would be acceptable for damage deposit. Manager at this location made a personal internal policy that he will not accept debit for deposits. This is not right when its a chain of hotels and not his hotel to decide outside of the rules. Will never recommend Travel Lodge to anyone. We went across the street to a Supe 8, and they gladly took our business and debit for deposit.

I like the room. It was very comfortable

Sink was not properly drained. As the Heater didn't work, we had to be relocated to other room. Towel Rod on the wall was left cracked. No fan in the washroom/shower room. Silicon cauling all around the bathtub was so dirt with molds. Carriage Cart was in poor condition. Breakfast Food was a kind of garbage.
