Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn Express MIAMI AIRPORT DORAL AREA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is conveniently located close to City Place, Marshalls, Home Goods, pharmacies, banks and many restaurants, all walking distance. Friendly staff, shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms and facilities are clean, soft and firm pillows and comfortable beds. Breakfast included. This is my 6th stay here and will be back soon,

Hotel limpo, café da manhã razoável, mas tem frigobar e micro-ondas no quarto e maquina de café disponivel 24 horas, recepção 24 horas, van que busca e leva no aeroporto das 6h às 22h, quem chega na madrugada não consegue utilizar, localização boa para quem aluga carro, não dá pra fazer nada a pé.

Decent for an overnight stay. Close to restaurants. Would stay again.

Terrible; el hotel tiene problemas de mantenimiento, se observa descuidado y falto de limpieza. El único elevador que tiene está fuera de servicio, tuvimos que subir varios pisos con el equipaje y la carriola de mi hija. La persona de la recepción tenía una actitud poco servicial y aunque no fue grosera su trato fue rudo y cortante. Este hotel fue el único que no mandó transportación del aeropuerto al hotel, mientras otros seguían mandando camiones, este hotel indicó que terminaba ese servicio a las 10:00 pm. Mala experiencia.

Did not know ahead of time that I needed to call the hotel directly for shuttle from airport to hotel. After struggling to fin the local number, I called and they send someone after about 30 minutes. We waited in the pickup area at MIA but the driver said they weren’t allowed to pickup there and had to use a different area. Very confusing!

I paid extra for a King Suite, however the TV in the living room did not have cable connection.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Transportation every hour to airport.

Hotel bom, cama confortável, chuveiro com pressão, microondas, cofre e cafeteira no quarto. Escolhi pela proximidade do aeroporto e recomendo.

It was like a 2 star hotel. Water damage on hallways, room doors didn't open like normal.

Close enough to the airport with lower rates.
