Convenient hotel. This stay the only issue was that the early breakfast was not included when I checked out 6.45, even though they announce it runs from 5 to 7. Check in was very smooth, Antonio is very professional and kind.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, most speak English. The neighborhood is clean and safe and is within reasonable walking distance to a lot of tourist spots. The room itself was very clean and modern (it even had universal outlets so my adapter wasn't really needed. I would absolutely recommend the Crillon to someone, and would probably favor trying out another NH Collection hotel in the future if one is available.

,Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Location is very central. Staff could be much more friendly and helpful. For instance, I was never greeted leaving or entering the Hotel, no help with my luggage etc. Otherwise this could really be a wonderful place

Check in and check out

I booked and PAID for a family suite. They gave me a smaller non family room. When I questioned them they confirmed several times it was the family suite. At the end of my stay, I spoke to another employee who confirmed the room I was as given was not what I had booked. I asked to be refunded the difference in price as I had not received the family suite. Took hours to get partial refund AND they are shortchanging me. Very unimpressed.

Our room was very dark. The windows had bars and all we could were other air conditioning units.

The stay was fine, disappointed there was no pool or spa. The room was fine, ours was much bigger than other people that we know for the same class. The check-in was Terrible!!! We got to the hotel early after an all night flight and we asked for an early check-in. We were told no but the room would be ready at 2:00 PM. We went and picked up a light lunch and returned a little after 1:00 and they had not checked any one in. The time they had said the room would be ready, came and went with no information on when they would be available. Finally at 3:30 PM they started checking people in, but did not start with who had been waiting the longest, so it was a mad rush to line up. Would I stay at this hotel again, VERY Doubtful!!!

Not a bad place.... clean room...clean bathrooms....comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant were excellent. Sadly there was a slight sewer smell in stairwell the entire stay. Not a deal breaker, but some people would not like it. Management must teach their staff to smile and say hello. Could be a cultural thing, maybe a language thing? Many staff looked grumpy....a smile is universal!

Reservé una de las mejores habitaciones, una suite, esperando comodidad y privacidad, pero me encontré con varios problemas que hicieron que mi experiencia no fuese la mejor. En primer lugar, el diseño del baño es totalmente inapropiado. El lavabo está completamente abierto y da justo a la cama, sin ninguna puerta que brinde privacidad. Esto elimina por completo cualquier sensación de intimidad, y además, cualquier ruido despierta inevitablemente a la otra persona que intenta descansar. La zona del inodoro tampoco era ideal, ya que tiene una puerta de cristal que no aísla ni visual ni acústicamente. Es difícil entender cómo un diseño tan poco práctico puede estar presente en una suite que se supone ofrece una experiencia superior. Por otro lado, el servicio de limpieza dejó mucho que desear. Hubo días en los que se olvidaron de hacerme la habitación, y tuve que insistir varias veces para que finalmente lo solucionaran por la tarde. Además, a veces no reponían el gel de ducha ni el champú, lo que me llevó a despertarme algún día sin poder ducharme. El minibar también era un problema: en varias ocasiones no reponían las botellas de agua. En general, fue una experiencia decepcionante. Si valoras la privacidad, la comodidad y un buen servicio, este hotel no es recomendable. Definitivamente, no creo que vuelva.

I loved that is a small hotel with all that you need in a great location, walking distance from many great tourist areas.

Could use less of the homelessness and smell of urine. More so in later hours.
