We had a lovely nice stay. Hotel was cozy and quiet. Would definitely stay again!!

Great stay, fantastic gym facilities, pool sauna etc. and great breakfast and dining options. We dined at the San Carlo restaurant which was absolutely outstanding.

Disappointed that the water pressure in my room was very low. It meant that the shower rose was only effective when I knelt down in the bath. Otherwise no complaints, clean room, helpful staff and good value considering location to Manchester airport

Great downstairs area, restaurant & Bar plus a San Carlo restaurant! Rooms poor need renovation & staff in main not great help.

We’re not there very much as at a funeral so didn’t use facilities.

Very nice room and nice and helpfull staff. Nice with the schuttlebus outside hotel.

Hotel and food was lovely. Only thing we were very disappointed with was the car park charge on check out. £15 for 11 hours. No one told us there would be a charge and personally if your staying there i think it should be free.

So convenient for the airport. Good room, nice food.

Had a excellent stay. Very clean room, excellent staff, and a hearty breakfast. Only down side the bath in the room was not anti-slip so my wife was unable to use the shower and bath

The room was good sized, comfortable bed and clean. Only that the bathroom and shower had seen better days generally. I had the cold shower in the morning as the mixer tap in the shower was not working properly.

all good our flight was changed to an earlier time Meant we missed the pre paid breakfast and couldn’t be amended or refunded. However not the end of the world. nice stay overall.

We don’t use hotels often, partly because I feel they’re a very expensive option, especially in the UK, where they seem mostly to offer uniform mediocrity at over- inflated prices. On the plus side our rooms were clean and spacious, the adjoining San Carlino restaurant was excellent and welcoming and the location for access to trams at Altrincham and Manchester Marathon was pretty ideal. We had a pleasant stay. On the downside, some of the staff on reception didn’t speak English well enough to help us with queries ( including a mistaken cancellation of our booking which we were only notified of on the day we were due to arrive! ). The breakfast was extra and very average. Pretty much everything on offer being slightly chewy and lukewarm due to the buffet system on offer and inadequate heating of pre- prepared items for a cooked breakfast. The changing rooms and pool area were also quite dirty with a murky plunge pool and muddy changing room floors. I’ll sign off with the greatest insult which were the prices charged in the self-service shop. £6 for a packet of crisps, a medium size bar of Cadbury or £4-5 for a packet of Haribo etc wich we felt were unjustifiable and merely an opportunistic attempt to rip off residents.
