I originally booked for 2 rooms and when I went to check in, they only had 1 room reserved/registered for me. I reached out to Travelocity because the front desk who checked me in said they would be the one to refund me. Travelocity reached out to the hotel that informed them there was a second room reserved for me and they don’t know why the front desk worker at the time didn’t check me in for both/couldn’t find the second one. Needless to say I would NOT book through Travelocity again or recommend this hotel. The run around to refunded is crazy especially when I’m not at fault.

Hotel was nice. The front desk agent was very polite. Clean, quite just a lovely stay.

I think they were doing mulching around the hotel. The smell was really bad when we arrived.

We didn’t have a shower that drained, no refrigerator (we were told that we would have to switch rooms if we wanted one)

Hotel room was dirty, hot tub was broken and the indoor pool area had no heat.

The hot tub was broken and pool area was clearly under renovation/update and water was very cold. Some rooms had refrigerator and some did not. When booking reservation, breakfast said it was included on site. To find out it was not included if you book through expedia. Staff was very rude when bringing concerns to them. This facility is poorly advertised. If you are staying with family or for a child sporting event, I would highly suggest booking at another hotel in the area.

This property is very disappointing. As a Hilton I expected a lot more. The only good thing I can say is the beds were clean. My room didn’t have a fridge even though others did. I asked at the desk if I could get one and just got a response “no”. The pool and jacuzzi were broken and I stayed for a soccer tournament and we booked this location to have that amenity and I believe the pool/jacuzzi have been broken for months. Only 2 elevators worked for 6 floors. The rooms need to be updated and management needs to work with staff to help accommodate guests. I will not be staying at a Hilton property again.

Very misleading on site, booking and at check in. Online booking showed that we had free breakfast included and then they get you at check out it didn’t display free breakfast so when we got to the hotel they said it wasn’t included. I explained that it said free breakfast in the itemized booking but not on the confirmation. The front desk clerk was rude and not helpful especially because I shared how many of the amenities advertised were clearly false. The pool is dirty, the hot tub is broken and we saw a disgusting bug in our room. I took a picture of it too. This place isn’t worth your stay and needs some major repairs, costumer service work and care. There are plenty of other hotels I would recommend you avoid this place as they don’t even take care of their incompetency.

Easy check in, continental breakfast was great, shower (hot water) excellent.

Clean, quiet, indoor pool, exercise room. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Nothing fancy there. A decent 20+ y hold US type hotel with outdated room/room deco and equipment. AC very noisy. Also a lot of noise from the highway which is only a few yards away

Overall it was ok

The hotel is very clean and nice with lots of space to hang out. I enjoyed the gym and the restaurant breakfast. The room was very comfortable.
