Albergo in posizione ottimale, quasi imbattibile. Vicinissimo all´arena ma comunque silenzioso. Purtroppo internamente necessita di lavori e ammodernamento.

Stanza singola ampia, pulita, raffinata. Hotel in pieno centro di Verona ma molto silenziosa e accogliente.

Be prepared for lots of night time and early morning street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and appointed well.

Close to key points

It's just very old and needs modernization. Employees are amazing, however breakfast was horrible with awful pastries and cold eggs.

I expected better for the price. Whilst clean, the AC was not performing well. The bed was terrible ~ super hard mattress (if that suits you then you’ll be happy). Overall the hotel rooms are tired and in desperate need of transportation to today. Only one power point was working there charging our phones was a challenge.

Centrally located it is elegant and welcoming hotel. I was here during the worst heat wave imaginable and my lovely large room was air conditioned. The sheets are cotton the towels are large and the shower is also a bath. Great breakfast too.

Good location, staff friendly. But looks like the 1980s inside. And an amazingly poor breakfast.

Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma när vi checkade in. Frukosten var okej, inget speciellt. Air condition stängs av under natten vilket varken Hotels.com eller hotellets personal uppger. Det kommer som en överraskning på natten när man inte längre kan sova då det är väldigt varmt på rummet. Vi ringde till receptionen men de kunde inte göra något. Så hela dagen efter var förstörd då vi inte kunde sova. Det var full insyn i sovrummet från fönstret och inga gardiner som mörklägger så det blir ljust i rummet och folk kan titta in när man ligger i sängen. Väldigt dåligt!
