Beautiful historic hotel on the city plaza. Steps from the cathedral and shops. Friendly and professional service. Breakfast was good with a sweet and friendly hostess!

This hotel could not be more conveniently located for visiting historic Segovia. It was clean and quiet (even though our room faced out over the main square), and the room was a good size. The staff was helpful and kind.

A rather pokey room but nice facing main square. Noise, I seemed to have a dowflow pipe built into a strange section of wall behind the a/c.

Nice location in the square. Walkable to most attractions in Segovia. Courteous staff, clean, if compact, rooms. Convenient to a number of good restaurants and historic sites. I can recommend the hotel to anyone staying here.

Travelled with our child and the triple room was plenty big for the 3 of us. Staff were lovely. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a very difficult time getting a cab from the train station to the hotel so I suggest one be booked in advance if that is how you are arriving. The area of the hotel was 10/10.

The hotel door was broken and replaced by a piece of wood, which was not safe or comfortable. Front desk service very basic and no help given regarding food late at night. The hotel is also very old fashioned and the bathroom is a bit creepy with a showering system that is a joke and wets all room. This is not admissable for a top location hotel in Segovia which must have a significant flow of tourists and is not cheap.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Infanta Isabel. The room, service, and breakfasts were very good. The only thing to note is that wifi at the hotel was poor and intermittent. This affected access to the internet on our electronic devices and the TV in the room. Hopefully this will be remedied soon.
