The hotel is dated. The room was okay, but the furniture was old and worn. The staff had poor customer service skills. When I arrived, Jvagel was rude, raised his voice at me, and tried to force me to pay a $25 insurance fee for one night in an old, outdated building. I felt completely unwelcome. The room wasn’t clean. The toilet was dirty, the desk chair was worn out, and the beds were uncomfortable — old and very hard.

I found the aircondition filter filthy. The stairs to go to my room where not vacuumed.

Good hotel. Request to park at door denied. Stairs were an inconvenience. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

My stay was great But the parking lot could use a cleaning I noticed a shampoo/conditioner that are usually found in the shower on the grounds when I arrive and was never picked up. A good sweep and pick up cigarette butts would be nice. Other than that. All was good

Staff was friendly. Hotel was very dirty. 2 other families cancelled their reservation as their rooms were filthy. The one bed looked like someone had vomited on it or bled all up the mattress. When mentioned the front staff said it was cleaned, but we suggested it needed to be thrown out. The floors were extremely dirty, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or swept in weeks. It looked like bugs by my toilet, so I asked the cleaner to remove them but he used a Swiffer without the Swiffer pad and moved them over to the door jam where they couldn't go into the hall because it was raised. I asked him for a broom to sweep myself and he said he had no broom.

Room is generally clean and the staff were courteous. It’s a pet friendly hotel and can park by your room, which is very convenient for check-in.

The front desk person was absolutely fantastic. The lobby was full of people trying to get rooms and he served everyone with excellence and the greatest of attitudes. Extremely pleasant experience. The young man in the morning upon check out was equally as profession and efficient. 10 out of 10 for the staff. Bravo!

Staff was friendly. Especially the young lad on 3-11 this weekend. Breakfast was delicious. Room could’ve been vacuumed a bit better. Was dusty. Someone in a room near us was smoking because it came through our bathroom fan and was very strong. It woke us up. But this of course, is not hotels fault. Comfortable beds.

Bed really comfortable. But, when came in, the bathroom was dirty. They sent someone to clean it. The next day, we came back to pour room after a long day and the room hadn’t been made. They ended up giving us a $20 discount.

Stayed one night driving through. Staff was really nice but was no hot breakfeast in morning. Hotel is a little outdated

The building is really gross, and the room is gross. Found exacto knife in the fitness room. Carpet beetles in the carpets in my room, spit on the walls, and other issues. Random fod and garbage around the hallways and stairwells. This was the highest price and the wordt room. Im feeling a bit ripped off. And chances are they are all the same. The window mesh has holes in it. The wall paper is peeling, ghe celing and wall has water damage. There is dirt on the picture frames, spit and debres on the floor. The fridge makes a rattle noise. They have some fitness machines, and a work out bench but no free weights. So im not sure what the bench is for. But they do have some other fixed machines that seemed ok.
