Room was clean and recently renovated. Lobby was completely under construction.

Room was fine. But they have a stupid bed frame That is so high off the ground. We had to use cushions from the hide a bed,to make a step That will be prvent us from going back,,,

The pillows were not the best, not soft enough for the comfort level. The HVAC unit was so loud when the heater kick in. Water pressure for the shower could also be improve. Woke up with a headache due to the pillows. Stayed in Room 111.

Would have been nice to have a bill stating the charges. $150 for a pet stay is ridiculous and not even informed of said charge. No bill was sent until I asked for it twice.

Hotel in the middle of a front of house renovation. Had to check in in an adjacent room. Staff member was laying in bed when I showed up. Not overly pleasant entire place seemed run down

Check in is always quick and easy. Always greeted well by courteous staff. The hotel has been transformed over the last year and a half and is very clean and updated. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are clean and inviting. Location is good with lots of amenities close by.
