Friendly staff, clean room, delicious breakfast

Perfect stay. So clean and quiet. Most comfortable bed and hotel room I've stayed in. Great breakfast and wonderful friendly service. Will stay here whenever I travel to Sudbury from now on.

Great location, safe neighborhood, staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean, no issues with the room. Breakfast was good and diverse, kitchen attendant was lovely and created a very pleasant atmosphere. All in all, we had a very good experience here, will come again. Thank you! Clean, tidy rooms. Property was recently renovated and has been well cared for. Staff is very attentive and breakfast was fresh, plentiful and area was clean. Bed was comfortable and on the side of firm.

Only thing I disliked ea the size of the room and a very small bathroom I would go back for the friendliness and cleanliness

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. Within two hours of arriving in my room, I developed dozens of bites consistent with bed bugs. When I pulled back the sheets to investigate, the mattress cover was visibly filthy and unacceptable by any basic cleanliness standard. I immediately reported this to the front desk, only to be told it “couldn’t be bed bugs” because she claimed bites take 48 hours to appear — which is simply untrue. What was most disappointing was not just the condition of the room, but the complete lack of meaningful response or effort to rectify the situation. No accountability and no appropriate guest care following what was an extremely distressing stay. I needed accommodation as a family member was in HSN for a health-related condition. Travellers deserve safe, clean accommodations and understanding staff who are accountable for the hotel service they represent. Unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. I will never stay at this hotel again.
