The room smelled funky. Would you be up to doing a deep clean? The carpets. Even the heating/cooling was spewing out the funky smell. Hair in one of the beds and the way the creases were in the sheet, it looked like it had already been previously used. Grabbed one of the facecloths and found a long strand of hair. Grabbed another facecloth and found another strand of hair. The room I stayed in was opposite the entrance to the second floor. Lots of opening and closing throughout the night - understandable. Would you consider sound-proofing the door…even sealing the threshold could help and adding some padding.

the breakfast menu was stale and the worker was putting things away even thou people were coming to eat. Parking was safe the rooms need uograding cigarette burns on the tub

Clean room, affordable and quiet. Beds were comfy and enjoyed the driveup room. Breakfast was alright for hot continental.

Glad to not have carpet in my room. Very clean. Outdated but it was very nice there.

Secure parking and shops nearby

The bed was hard and it was a very noisy bed. Also, the doors of people leaving early (I do understand that there are contractors who stay there) slammed early in the morning. I'd suggest putting known contractors at one end where they can use one exit door and other guests at another end. It wasn't a terrible stay, and the staff is amazing. Just a suggestion.

It was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, a very goid experience.

We always stay at this hotel when we come to Timmins. We love the location, the cleanliness of the rooms and that the ground floor has patio doors. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has a medical appt at the hospital. Great rates.

The gentleman that checked me in was great and made a service change to my benefit. The hotel was old, my room was a non smoking room and smelled of stale smoke. The room was dated a the bed was comfortable
