The hotel has a nice beach, but the rest of the facilities didn’t meet our expectations. The breakfast is ok at best. The worst part were the rooms. Said to be a five star hotel, but the rooms looks more like 2 or 3 stars. You can hear everything through the walls on your room. The bed is very hard and our AC started making an insane sound in the middle of the night and we thus had to change rooms at 2 am. Even this required discussions with management, and when we asked to get a new room the day after they were not very accommodating, nor understanding of the fact we had the worst night in history. The new room was better but the hotel is very old so there will be noice from the AC, very old amenities and overall a poor standard in the rooms.

This property is fabulous! The staff is incredible. Beautiful rooms, clean, beautiful and clean beach. The view of the castle can’t be beat! Can’t wait to return. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Overcrowded beaches they don’t show you in the photos and the elevator never seems to work. Air-conditioning was not working well either. Would not stay here again.

Hotellet var rent og pent, men tydelig gammelt. Det var veldig lytt mellom rommene, og ganske mye støy fra de andre rommene. Sengene var veldig harde. Fin utsikt, bra plassering og helt greit hotell vil jeg si som oppsummering

Det er bilde av basseng men det er ikke utendørs basseng. Hotellet lever ikke opp til et 5-stjerner. Prisen er altfor høy i forhold til hva man får for pengene.

My teen daughter and I just had a wonderful stay at the hotel and was truly the most perfect location in all of Ischia! The location was ideal and walkable to both ports which were so lovely and full of locals and people from all over. The hotel staff were amazing and the breakfast was fabulous with friendly and kind humans to talk to! So many wonderful hard working people to help make your travels truly memorable! We can't wait to go back!

This was a fantastic stay The breakfast each morning was amazing and the dining room had an amazing selection of food for lunch and dinners with spectacular views of the water. The staff was always available to help with any requests and arranged for an incredible boat trip around the island. I would definitely come back.

Bella struttura posizione eccellente, personale gentile. Purtroppo la ns camera Superior non era all’altezza degli standard 5 stelle più un 3,5.. molto piccola specialmente il bagno, piccolo anche per una camera Classic . Buona colazione ma essendo in Campania .. e un 5 stelle da migliorare . Ottimo il servizio

I servizi della struttura sono ottimi, a partire dal lido fino alle jacuzzi sul tetto. La colazione si può migliorare per essere un 5 stelle Lo staff motlo cordiale

Loved everything about this hotel but especially how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Only downside was the American aholes in the room next door who decided to keep everyone up past 2am with their obnoxious antics for the last 2 nights of my stay.

Great property, the staff is amazing. The amenities with a bar a restaurant and Hot Springs at their sister hotel. This is all within walking distance. It’s like being in a little movie set.

Amazing place to stay that is walking distance to loads of great spots. Breakfast is superb & staff are very helpful and attentive. The view from the beach with a limoncello spritz is amazing.
