Under renovation, but great location

Property under construction and rooms hallways dirty/unsafe

Wasn't informed it was under renovation. gave a room on 4th floor with elevator out of order. the renovation was noisy, equipment took up most of parking spaces, dirty and yet there was no room discount provided. Felt stuck in muck. actually going to let Hilton know this user is not satisfied.

This facility is in the middle of remodeling. That being said, the workers, staff and everyone were very helpful. My room was remodeled and very cozy. Noise level was within reason.

Under renovation. Which was not listed at time of booking our second night we moved to a different hotel. But Tracy.the host at check in was exceptional.

The staff was very attentive and polite

Expedia should have told us the renovation project was under way…we would NOT have booked this reservation! The only working elevator was being used by construction and the second elevator was broken. We had to wait 15 minutes to get to our room. The lavatory sink was clogged and would not drain and was leaking onto the floor. The AC unit cycled very loudly every 20 minutes all night long preventing us from getting any sleep! The unit only bright spot was the nice, courteous sympathetic staff.

We arrived on the day of check in and were promptly greeted by a friendly teammate. Check in was fast and efficient. We arrived on our floor to renovations. No problem. Our room was great. We just had a lot of traffic on our floor from all the workers. Also, one elevator was not working so that slowed things down. Then, when we were leaving the hotel at 5:25 for a 6 pm dinner reservation, we were told they needed us to leave and go to another hotel. We managed to make our dinner reservation but didn't get checked into the new hotel until after 8 pm. After a full day of travel, that was quite inconvenient. I would check this summer to be sure the renovations are completely done before attempting to stay.

My favortive place to stay

The building is undergoing renovation, but its the Hampton Staff that makes it very easy to overlook. Our primary dealings were with Tracy, and Kimmie.

This was the most uncomfortable stay I've ever experienced! Where do I begin? There was construction happening at the hotel that I wasn't informed about. The beds felt like sleeping on box springs, and I could hear hammering as early as 5 a.m. Additionally, there were loose wires in our room. Nevertheless, Tracy, the front lady, was amazing!!

The hotel changed our room from king bed to 2 doubles without notice - even though the clerk said they called.

Shd receive compensation on rate! Construction going on hammering before 9am elevator out! A 20% discount

Motel was under construction. Wish we had known ahead of time. Would have looked elsewhere probably.

I stayed during Christmas and Kimmie and everyone else was amazing. It was wonderful service.

Tracy, Front Desk, was extremely helpful in finding a suitable room for us.
