Staff and breakfast were phenomenal!

The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and the beds and linens comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfasts were amazing! Great selections of foods.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location with easy access to public transportation and sights. The room was very nice and clean; hotel was quiet; breakfast was wonderful. I would stay there again.

Just a little gem. Fun location right on the water (and easy to get everywhere). Great room. Front desk at the ready to help with suggestions and directions. Only complaint... public areas could use a little spruce, but that's clearly underway with all the signs of renovation (also it's a historic building, so unrealistically aspire to larger windows for the view :-). Great option!

Lina was wonderful! Very professional. She saw I was exhausted from travelling. We had to sight see a bit because the rooms weren’t ready because we arrived at the hotel about 8:25 am. I came back into Lobby around 11:30 to rest and wait for our room. When I walked in she said Maria your room is ready and the bags are in the room. I wanted to cry with joy!! I loved the Hotel and Location.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and it was just perfectly located in the historic district along the river. Numerous cafes in the Nyhaven district to choose from. The hotel also had a great restaurant and breakfast each morning was included.

Morgunmatur mjög góður. Herbergi frekar lítið og látt til lofts. Ekkert útsýni hjá okkur. Staðsetning mjög góð og allt snyrtilegt og fínt.

Great shower and bath! The breakfast delicious, omelet was great and the ginger shots. Staff friendly.

This hotel is in a fantastic location - right in the heart of all the things to do and see in Copenhagen. Everything is walkable, and you're right on Nyhavn canal. Our only criticism was we were a bit unlucky with rooms. The first night we were in 530 (all the 30 rooms are the same) immediately next to the elevator/lift. The noise was going all the time, late at night, early in the morning. The mechanisms for the lift were virtually right next to the bed. We asked to be moved, which we were, to the other building for our second night. And that room had some weird plumbing / water gurgling sound almost constantly too. The hotel is otherwise great, good breakfast etc, but don't be afraid to move rooms if the noise is bad.
