Breakfast

Our room was fine but the hotel could definitely use a refresh....especially the old, dirty black carpet going up the stairs.

The man at the front desk seemed tired or frustrated, no smile and had a difficult accent to understand. We asked for a room with two beds as we were two adults travelling with a 15 month old child and an old dog. We also asked to have a room in the ground floor to be able to park in front of the patio door of the room . The room had two queen sized beds, and a large table/desk and desk chair which made it very difficult to walk around the room without bumping into the furniture! We asked if they had another room bigger or with smaller beds maybe, but they said they only had Queen size. We also asked for a high chair but they didn’t have any. Finally for the parking, the car was in front of the patio door but since we were in a corner there was a sort of small green area with bushes between the door and parking, so we had to walk around it in pouring rain! It would have been nice for the manager to see these clients have a lot on their hands, let’s find an easy location for them to make their stay enjoyable and less strenuous.

Pas terrible le déjeuner

Le déjeuner est de base mais correct. Matelas beaucoup trop dur. Chambre correct mais peu spacieuse.

Le menu du petit déjeuner était bien car si ont prend en considération que la plupart des hôtels ne fournissent pas le petit déjeuner, c'est une commodité très pratique. La chambre était propre et le personnel très gentil.

Good breakfast

Très bon accueil à la réception. Chambre très propre et lit confortable au rez chaussez. Plancher en bois donc pas de mauvaise odeur comme avec le tapis. L’employée au petit déjeuner était très attentive à nos besoins. On y retournerait et on le recommande.

Hôtel aurait besoin d’un coup de rénovation mais cela n’empêche en rien le reste qui était très bien ( Accueil, chambre, petit déjeuner …)
