The room was clean & comfortable. All of the staff was very kind and courteous our rooms were cleaned everyday.

Staff was friendly. Rooom and hallway smelled of Marijuana and the smoke detector was missing from our room.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel—the location was great, and the gentleman at the front desk was outstanding. He was courteous, efficient, and got us into our rooms quickly. However, I do have a concern. I noticed multiple $35 charges on my credit card and called the front desk for clarification. I was informed by the blonde woman at the desk that these were pet fees, which I would have understood had we been informed in advance. I mentioned that it would have been helpful to receive a heads-up about these charges, but instead of addressing the concern professionally, she became defensive and unpleasant very quickly. Additionally, my brother, who is a veteran and has a service dog, was also charged without being informed. As you may know, service animals are protected under the ADA and should not incur additional fees. He plans to file a formal complaint regarding this issue. I hope you have recordings of both the phone call and the in-person interaction, as this behavior is not acceptable and does not reflect well on your establishment. I trust you will look into this matter seriously.

Very noisy one room actually had four hound dogs in a room with a couple. Apparently they were dog trainers

The rooms were nice and staff helpful. Could use a wider variety on the breakfast buffet. Housekeeping...had to ask for towels, toilet paper and shower gel during our 4 day stay. Made our own bed...they did empty the trash cans.

I absolutely love staying at this property. It is a beautiful location and everyone is SO KIND. Hotel is clean, well kept and convenient to major roads. I will always stay here if needing lodging in the area.

Nice hotel right off the interstate. Excellent front desk service and good breakfast in the morning! Clean rooms. Be aware of road noise if that bothers you throughout the night.

Nice, quiet stay.

Staff was very friendly, continental breakfast was pretty good, room was clean. We live in the country where it's very quiet and the noise from traffic on the interstate was a bit annoying, but that may not bother a lot of folks.

The Inn was older and entrance was from the outside. But it was clean; personnel was professional and friendly; complimentary breakfast was good / I would definitely stay there again.

stranded from Florida after car accident awaiting a tow truck that never showed sat at dealership in another town and no hotels available had yo drive an hour away to Dandridge TN from Lenior City TN checked in with Penny who was so accommodating got a shower and good night sleep accommodations were excellent hotel was immaculate compared to previous hotel from funeral in Knoxville. Continental breakfast was awesome...found a church went to church no dealership or rental car was open till Monday had to stay a second night. Lora and Melissa were just as accommodating, kind, professional and knowledgeable.

This is a motel not a hotel. Doors face the parking lot. It wasn't bad....just not great. Room was clean and the guy at the front desk was really nice. The only real negative was that the air conditioner did not work....at all.

Fresh cookies! Highway noise was a little problem for us. But the staff moved us to opposite side of building and it was fine

Overall it was good for the price. The toilet looked like it was going to overflow every time but it never did! The gym was two items. A treadmill and spin bike. The room was clean and the smell of the cleaner was overpowering as you first walk in.
