Wir wurden super empfangen. Die Terrasse ist super und die Zimmer sind sehr exklusiv eingerichtet. Wir würden es empfehlen.

Confortable avec petit déjeuner excellent

In 25 Minuten ist das Zentrum zum Münster oder Petit France zu Fuß gut und einfach erreichbar, sehr freundliches Personal und gratis Wasserautomat verfügbar.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön; im hübschen französischen Stil. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man will ist alles auch zu Fuß erreichbar (ca 20 Minuten). Frühstück sehr lecker, das Room Service Essen bisschen wenig für das Geld, aber das geht noch. Die Zimmer sind klein und der Aufzug auch, nicht barrierefrei für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Sauberkeit 4,5/5. falls wir nochmal nach Straßburg fahren sollen, würden wir bestimmt das gleiche Hotel nehmen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tout était parfait, service et qualité de service impeccable. j'ai évoqué la petitesse de la chambre, et, réservant dans 15j de nouveau, on m'a informé me surclasser. Bravo et merci pour votre écoute.

Most courteous staff. Only suggestion would be to have more vegetables available at the breakfast buffet.

Sauberes Hotel mit sehr bequemen Betten. Ein Kühlschrank wäre noch schön gewesen, ansonsten war das Zimmer von der Größe gerade noch so ausreichend. Besonders positiv fand ich den Wasserautomat in der Lobby, das sollten sich andere Hotels abschauen. Gut fand ich auch den Tipp mit der P R Parkhaus etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, in dem man lediglich 7€ am Tag zahlt.

When we arrived, we could not check in. I then asked if they had massage, and then i was presented wity a sign with 4 pictures and text in frence. That i felt like was very arrogant. New staff in the afternoon was amazing and then it became much better. The rooms are very very very small. No space for luggage. But nice city, beautiful christmas markets. Worth it all.

Area was very scruffy litter wise and mattresses dumped in the street. Parking was a few streets away so not very convenient, although to be fair, you can park outside for a short time to load and unload. Very very expensive for what you get but we booked late for Christmas week so they have you over a barrel Room was old fasioned and basic

We loved our stay at this property! My sister is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. The room and bathroom were accessible with a roll in shower. We loved the breakfast in the morning. The staff is very helpful and made our stay perfect!

Séjour agréable, très calme, chambre spacieuse .Petit déjeuner copieux aussi bien le salé que le sucré.

Hôtel avec chambres confortables, tout à disposition : TV, le petit plateau café avec la bouilloire, le sèche cheveux...literie confortable.... Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié. L'hôtel est joliment décoré... Le personnel d'accueil ainsi que la personne chargée de la salle des petits déjeuners sont très accueillants, et très agréables. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Très bon accueil, j'ai pu profité d'un accès VIP au spa, appréciable pour se détendre en séjour business, staff très avenant et aux petits soins, du staff de réception au staff de services de petits-déjeuners, hôtel à taille humaine,

Very good breakfeast. 15 mn walk from historical town center.

Lovely hotel and the rooms were a good size. Appreciated the air conditioning. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral/central area so that was the one downfall after walking all day. Really no dining dinner options which is ok if you don't mind a push to get back into the old town. We didn't use the parking as we left our car in Kehl Germany.
