Good job of tidying up the room everyday. Denny’s right close. Good bed and pillows. Room could use a bit of an update, ie carpet.

Staff were courteous. We ordered breakfast from the in house Denny’s restaurant and food was great and staff was on point. Overall great stay.

Everything was excellent. Raise your staff salary! They are doing a great job.

Room was clean and well stocked, soap, towels etc. Location was quiet and beds were comfortable and clean.

No quiet hours. Heard people still talking in the lobby until the early morning hours. The bathtub was not cleaned properly, it was dirty with hairs still visible.

Rooms and washroom were not as much clean. The access from the parking to the room was stuck. Very loud in the hallway and upstairs room.

Great spot…can park right in front of room. Trees are changing colour out back…gorgeous!

It was quite. The room room was very clean except for the bath tub. It could have used a rinse before we arrived.

Large gap in the door, it didn't lock properly. The towel rack and toilet paper holder were falling off the wall. Barn door for a washroom, not good. Latch on the sliding door looked home made and the sliding door had gaps. The hotel room door appeared as though someone had pryed it open in the past.

The staff were polite but the room we had at the back lower level was very musty and damp, so much so that our door would stick. We informed the clerk upon check out and they apologized, but I think they should check for mold.

My stay in Kingston was very pleasant. Friendly staff
