Drew the dreaded chaise lounge in the room. Never comfortable. Hate those. Surprise $7.50 parking fee at an HIE! NOT an urban location. No prior disclosure that I saw. No reason for the fee other than more $ for the owner. 3rd HIE property this week and all 3x failed to connect the wifi when password was entered properly. It appears there has to be a handshake with corporate which failed 9 of 10 times. It is 2025 ... get a better IT team. Please.

Standard holiday inn quality. It was a stark reminder even as a IHG MEMBER, reserving through Expedia forfeits all your membership perks. I watched a non Expedia reservation get asked if they wanted late check out and preferred floor but when I asked for the same I was told since I reserved through Expedia, those perks were not available. In most cases the online IHG price is the same as Expedia. Lesson learned.

Charge for parking didn’t seem appropriate

We decided to stop into Flagstaff as our daughter will be attending NAU in the fall. We wanted to check out the location and chose to stay overnight at this hotel. We were very impressed. The parking was great. The location was nice. The hotel and the room were all very clean! The room was very nice and quiet! We also had a great view of the mountains from our room window. The breakfast was great and the price was definitely within our budget. We will most definitely be back!! Thank you so much!

Horrible experience. Customer service was awful. Our room was dirty and took pictures to show manager. The only person that was helpful during our stay was Serenity.

The property was well kept, had friendly employees and the breakfast had many choices. Additionally, the hotel was very near a Chick-Fil-A, Wal-Mart, and also a nice locally owned restaurant that I can recommend highly. Northern Pines on Butler Ave is very near the hotel.

Carpets in room were dirty. Shower did not drain. Housekeeping did a poor cleaning job

My stay was not so good. After I came back to my room at 3 pm my door was ajar. The dead bolt was moved over so the door would not close. I understand this is how housekeeping works but how long had the door been left open? Anyone could have came in and stolen my valuables. I did call the front desk and explained what happened. I was put on hold so he could do a report. I eventually had to hang up because I had a meeting to attend. I waited 8 minutes before I hung up.
