The deadbolt lock didn't work. When i called the front desk i was told the doors are very secure.

There are no cooking or eating items in the kitchenette, so pack everything including the kitchen sink. Their idea of housekeeping is to take all the towels out of your room leaving none behind and nothing else. So you might wanna bring a few extra towels with you. Go ahead and bring your own hot spot because the wifi was a joke and cell service within the building was horrible. And good luck with parking. You might park at the restaurant next door and walk over. Go ahead and eat there; it's the best part of my experience since I had to eat out each day.

Well one good thing about this property is that they can accommodate your stay with early check inn’s however there’s a 25 dollar charge for it . Which isn’t bad but if you’re 10 mins past 11 am checkout time that’s a charge as well . I found that very odd 🤔 Anyway I’ve stayed at this place twice 2 different rooms both stays the rooms were very dingy looking the A/C or the heat did not work in room #210. So if you ever find yourself staying there and offered that room I would advice you to nicely decline please safe yourself a headache. One last thing if you do decide to visit this place please bring your own towels. The towels there looks as if someone has been wiping the floors with the ones they supply for customers .. This place is for nasty cheap construction workers that’s trying to save as much of their perdiem as possible ..

By far one of the best Quality inns I stayed at , and we travel a lot do to my husband's work. The front desk staff to the house keepers are really nice and made our stay great. The rooms were clean. The breakfast daily my kids enjoyed. Definitely a great hotel, run by great staffed.

The bathroom room was not cleaned from the previous occupants. Pee stains on the toilet seat and other stains in the bowl.

Horrible en primer lugar nos dieron una habitacion que la puerta nunca abrio. Luego nos buscaron otra habitacion que tampoco abrio la puerta. En la tercera habitacion al entrar al baño la bañera tenia isectos vivos y muertos. Ademas de isectos caminando en las paredes. Nos cambian a otra habitacion y esta vez las sabanas eataban manchadas con lo que parecia ser sangre o algo asi. Como ya era tarde nosotros terminamos cambiando las sabanas de la cama. Quise subir fotos pero el app no me lo permitio.

The room was clean, but the tub does not drain and the door to the unit will not open more than 45 degrees, as the floor is not level (the carpet under the door sweep won't last.) Most staff was friendly, but one morning I came down to the breakfast area to work after the breakfast was over and there was no one in the area. I literally sneezed twice and the desk clerk asked if I had COVID and said I was contaminating the "entire area." So I worked from my room. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

Staff was really friendly and nice. Really quick check-in. Room was comfortable but the cleaning staff could use some supervision. There was a wet washrag and hair in the sink and it was fixed easily enough, but it made me wonder what else they didn't do.
