El hotel está cerca del centro, limpio, y las camas muy cómodas, las chicas de recepción son encantadoras y te ayudan en lo que le preguntes, la verdad es que me ha gustado mucho y si vuelvo a Valladolid será sin duda donde iré de nuevo.

Charging for a dog but not having anything extra (Matt bowl etc) for the dog seemed a bit cheap

The most important thing to know is that parking a car is extraordinarily difficult at this hotel as it is street level punlic parking. And the hotel charges 70 euros per night for parking in their garage!! Big thumbs down despite the overall decent quality of the hotel.

Le hace falta una reforma .la tarima de la habitacion esta para cambiar pero hace tiempo y los muebles tambien el baño tampoco le vendria mal.en cuanto a lo demas bien .cama insonorizacion etc

Fint, moderne lidt anonymt hotel men alt er i fin stand, komfortabelt og med et meget imødekommende personale. Dejlig morgenmad. God parkeringskælder med god tilkørsel.

El trato del personal en especial de la chica que estaba por las tardes. Agradecerle el trato. Habitación muy amplia y se descansaba muy bien.

Un poco caro para lo que es el hotel, no sé porque tiene 4 estrellas pero bueno lo queriamos solo para alojamiento. Se ve que es antiguo y se nota en algunas cosas que estaban rotas.

The hotel was good and just a short walk to everywhere. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Chambre spacieuse avec baignoire. À l’accueil vous avez une boisson en libre service avec des bonbons. Petit déjeuner au TOP ( vraiment beaucoup de choix). Point d’amélioration: il manque une bouilloire dans la chambre.

Room smells of cigarettes. Breakfast was served by grumpy staff. More interested in keeping cups tidy than me getting breakfast.

Nice people and good service

hôtel très bien avec un parking , de cette façon nous avons pu nous rendre au centre ville à pieds Accueil passable , je parle très peu espagnol et l'hôtesse n'a pas fait d'effort pour notre arrivée voulant absolument que je lui parle Anglais langue que je maitrise très peu . Mais je crois que les Français ne sont pas bien appréciés.
