L’hôtel est a 1 minute de la Cathédrale, Le personnel est accueillant et le petit déjeuner est parfait.

I really liked this hotel. It was right in the middle of the old town, next to the cathedral. Stepping into reception was lovely, as it was so tranquil after the busy street outside. The interiors are very chic. Our room was comfortable and a decent size. We faced onto the square behind the hotel and it was very quiet. The only noise was the church bells in the morning, but with the windows closed you couldn't hear them. Our only issue was that the air conditioner could only run for 80 minutes at a time. We managed to change the setting which was a big help. I would have liked the air conditioning to have been a bit more powerful as the room was quite warm, but it had been very warm outside and I don't like heat so this might not have bothered others.

Great location next to the cathedral. We had a room (505) on the top floor. The air conditioning unit made a noise like water drops hitting an empty bucket that never stopped. We had to leave the AC on at night because the noise was maddening. At least the AC worked well! Nice beverage station in the common area

Fantastic location, lovely staff, and great breakfast.

Belle chambre, joliment equipée, bien insonorisée de la rue double fenêtres. Seul point négatif la climatisation qui était indispensable ce soir là, était particulièrement bruyante aussi bien la ventilation que le circuit hydraulique (bruits de mouvement de liquide)

Location idéale pour visiter le centre-ville de Strasbourg.

Notre séjour à l’Hôtel Rohan à Strasbourg a été une véritable déception. Malgré sa localisation centrale près de la cathédrale, je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Service client déplorable : Dès notre arrivée, nous avons signalé plusieurs problèmes. Les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas (5 à 6 chasses pour évacuer du papier), le lavabo était bouché, et un gros cadavre d’araignée trônait au plafond. Le personnel est intervenu plus tard pour le lavabo et l’araignée, mais pour les toilettes, on nous a simplement dit de continuer à tirer. Aucun geste commercial malgré un tarif de plus de 160€ pour une nuit en semaine en juin. Un petit-déjeuner offert ou une réduction aurait été le minimum pour un hotel 4*. Propreté insuffisante : Moisissures autour du lavabo, traces d’humidité, et l’araignée laissée en évidence. Check-out désagréable : Le réceptionniste s’est montré impatient quand j’ai voulu vérifier la facture et m’assurer que je n’avais pas été débitée deux fois. Nos remarques ont été écartées avec beaucoup de condescendance. Ascenseur en panne : Nous étions au 5e étage et avons dû prendre les escaliers. Chambre mal conçue : Bruit constant venant de la douche (séparée du lit par un simple rideau), tables de chevet quasi absentes, mur incliné à côté du lit (risque de se cogner), faible pression dans la baignoire, aucun savon prévu pour le bain (uniquement des distributeurs verrouillés au lavabo ou dans la douche). L'hotel Rohan à Strasbourg est à éviter absolument.

Great property. Close to everything. It was a usually hot day so the a/c in room 5o3 struggled to keep up. Also the elevator broke down several times during the evening. This hotel is a good deal outside summer months

Excelente hotel en el centro, ubicado en una calle peatonal, no cuenta con estacionamiento.

I really liked this hotel. The elevator was out of service for a bit today and a sign would have been nice. Stairs are very hard for me. Was delighted with the lovely scrambled eggs on Monday but tues and Wed they were awful. Little things. Tv switches on Every Single Time you put your key in the electric slot. Even when you’ve turned it off. Shower was very hard to figure out. Had to have someone come to my room to show me. It’s awkwardly designed. Repair work involving power tools above my room my second day. No warning. For hours and hours. They offered to move me to another room but did not want to repack. They should have moved me away from it when I checked in. It was a planned repair. Front desk people very nice.

Kleines, ruhiges, aber super zentrales Hotel. Wir hatten ein Comfort Doppelzimmer, das geräumig war und über Air Condition verfügte, was im Sommer eine Wohltat war. Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal rundeten den Aufenthalt ab. Ideales Stdthotel!

We loved our stay here. It was very modern and had all the amenities you could want. Breakfast had a large variety of foods and very good. Good location too…very close to the town square. We would stay here again!!

I am so pleased that we selected this hotel. The location is fantastic for both the Cathedral and the rest of hybrid old town. The room we had (404) was really large with a great bathroom. We had a king sized bed. There was a massive dog bed as well as bowls for food and water. The breakfast is extremely good and filling. The staff are very polite and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I return to Strasbourg.
