Parking, not cheap, but very good underground car park with direct access to the hotel. Dinner on my second night was a buffet. This was because a coach trip, possibly German Saga type were staying that night. Buffet itself was not a problem but the bar, offering snacks was closed as well. Staff were very helpful providing beers in the dining room

Zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, sauberes großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal- ABER: -Völlig überteuertes Parken, sind lieber ein paar Hundert Meter gelaufen als für 28€/Tag zu parken! - Betten m.E. katastrophal. Extrem weich und vor Allem sehr niedrig. Kenne ich so nicht aus guten Hotels - Aufpreis für Nutzung des Pools und der Sauna… no Go für ein 4-Sterne Hotel, noch nie erlebt Fazit: Aufenthalt war okay und hat dem Zweck gedient, würden aber beim nächsten Mal etwas Anderes suchen

Etwas zwiegespalten… auf der einen Seite ein schönes und gepflegtes Zimmer, allerdings hat mir nicht gefallen das wir als Familie 7,50 Euro pro Person für jeden Schwimmbadbesuch zusätzlich zahlen mussten. Das wir beim Frühstück (gut) aber für unseren 5jährigen Sohn ebenfalls 30 Euro zahlen mussten war doch unangemessen. Das haben wir weder im Adlon noch sonst irgendwo erlebt. Man lernt halt nie aus, aber bei einer Buchung sollten sie das berücksichtigen.

Das Frühstück ist unglaublich gut! Alle Mitarbeiter immer sehr freundlich und die Zimmer großzügig und super sauber. Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier auf Grund der sehr guten Erfahrung beim ersten Aufenthalt

Fint svømmeanlegg på hotellet. Med badekåper kommer det på 15 Euro. Parkering i garasjen koster 140 euro for en uke. Ganske kronglete inn- og utkjøring. Frokosten koster 25 euro pr person. Mye forskjellig å spise, men svært mye folk i helgen. To av tre heiser sto under oppholdet, ble litt kø av det. WiFi funket fint i vårt rom i 2. etasje Hotellet ligger sentralt ift de flotte parkanleggene i Potsdam.

Globalement correcte attention à la diffusion d informations qui laisse à désirer et la présence de congrès régulier qui gêne les clients individuels. Petit déjeuné bien assez fournis et le spa et la piscine propre et bien entretenue.

Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Konnte früher einchecken als gedacht. Frühstück war unglaublich vielseitig, gut und lecker!!!! Danke, gerne wieder.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Preis/Leistung naja…. Ich hätte mir in der Hotelbeschreibung einen Hinweis darauf gewünscht, dass Benutzung von Aqua und Spa 7,50 € pro Person kostet. Parken in der Tiefgarage sehr teuer. Günstig hingegen kostenlose Parkplätze in den Nebenstraßen zu nutzen.

Super Zimmer, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück und gute Parkplätze.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit reichlich Platz. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Hotel aus lässt sich fußläufig alles gut erreichen. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a one week stay with my kiddos and they really enjoyed our visit. The hotel had Easter crafts setup that my kids were excited about. The pool is awesome but the sauna had limited hours and I wasn’t able to utilize it as much. But the Golden Apple tea in the spa area made up for that! Only minor issues were that there wasn’t a USB outlet or fridge in the room and no fan in the bathroom. Other than that the room was clean and the staff was excellent and very helpful (Philip at the front desk was my kids favorite)! Overall it was a great experience and are looking forward to our next stay at Dorint Potsdam😊

Didn’t appreciate two single beds on wheels put together that would roll away from each other in the middle of the night. Apart from that, okay hotel but bit outdated

We had a really pleasant stay at Dorint Potsdam. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception, which immediately set a positive tone. The hotel is very clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable. You can really feel that everything is well taken care of. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and very tasty options to start the day. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was also very nice and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
