Hôtel au cœur de Lisbonne et très bien situé. Son personnel est agréable, affable et courtois. Nous avons obtenu à plusieurs reprises des conseils judicieux concernant les attractions à visiter et comment si rendre sans monter une quantité importante de marche. Excellent petit déjeuner avec une vue superbe sur Lisbonne. La chambre était très propre avec toutes les commodités nécessaires.

Tiago & the team were fantastic! Very helpful, polite & professional. I forgot my two pin plug & they kindly let me borrow one during my stay! Overall a lovely hotel in a convenient location central to all the local bars & restaurants and cultural sightseeing spots! Also the roof terrace bar was wonderful…Would definitely stay there again!

Room was big, bed and sheets were clean. Air conditioning was great. Amazing view from the room to Martin Moniz square where the Tram 28 starts the route. Rooftop Bar has incredible view on night time, cozy place to take some beer, cocktails and wine. Perks given were redeemable in lobby bar for Per Se local drink. New areas refurbished with a very aesthetic style. Overall was an excellent experience.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Mundial in Lisbon. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We were able to checkin very early, breakfast was included. They have a rooftop bar with great views as well as an amazing restaurant with view of the city. Bar lounge on the mail floor. Great location with many restaurants and sightseeing very near the hotel.

The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Excellent location, close to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options and excellent service. Highly recommended! It's being renovated. It will be even better when it's finished. The renovation did not affect my staying experience.

Great location, very close to sight seeing on foot and very fun location to walk around. It is an old hotel but well maintained.

Great rooftop bar with spectacular views of the city. Very well located, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Busy area and therefore it was a little noisy at night.

Hotel tem a melhor localização possível em Lisboa. Equipe bastante atenciosa. Já estive hospedada aqui há 3 anos atrás e as comodidades melhoraram bastante com a reforma. No entanto, a qualidade do café da manhã piorou significativamente comparado ao de antes. Mas a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa.

Muito barulho por causa da praça em frente e as janelas do hotel não isolarem som. Impossível dormir em um quarto que dá para a praça. Os colchões também são velhos e não achei a limpeza do hotel boa, encontrei barata no corredor. Um absurdo! Os funcionários são prestativos, única coisa que salva esse hotel.

It was a quiet place to stay.

The hotel was good and the room was clean, but the hotel is a bit outdated. The carpets definitely needed to get replaced. The park across the street was not the safest to be in especially if youre a woman wanting to go out at night.

Hotel bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, bares e lojas. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Quartos confortáveis e com boas comodidades.

Rummen är tyvärr väldigt slitna. Visserligen håller de på att renoveras men tills dess kan det inte klassas som 4stjärnigt. Personalen var trevliga och tillmötesgående. Hotellet låg bra till i närhet till de flesta områden.
