Close to airport & way overpriced. White pudding for breakfast was delicious. Bar staff were mediocre.

Dinner is good. But no directions from the T2 towards the hotel, I have walked the whole airport to get there, only to discover that they have a shuttle bus that runs 24h and was parked outside each Terminal…. Stupid me, but little bit more info/direction could have prevent it :-)

The restaurant prices are excessive. Adding tiger prawns to a starter salad costs €1 per tiger prawn!!… internet in the room is barely functional. That aside the staff were very helpful, the hotel quiet and spotless… the rooms excellent - although clearly recently decorated as the smoke alarm was wrapped in masking tape. A great stop off before an early morning flight. Just don’t eat in the restaurant.

Clean, convenient hotel with professional staff. Great one-night stay right at Dublin Airport with shuttle links or very easy 5 minute walk to airport.

Was great for an overnight stay near the airport for a long layover. They were also very kind and kept our luggage safe before check-in while we went and toured the Guinness Factory. Trying to walk there from the airport (a very short distance) was sketchy and we wound up having to frogger our way across a busy road. Maybe there is a better way that we missed. We wound up just taking the shuttle back to the airport the next day. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was outstanding. I would stay here again and Dublin is a great town. Will have to come back for a longer stay.

There was a towel warmer in the bathroom! ...parking was bad, but it's right by the airport so to be expected. It is a large lot, just a lot of people staying there. Everything was fantastic, CLEAN, and perfect for a quick night to refresh before flying.

I checked in with my obviously elderly/disabled family member and the clerk at the check in desk never acknowledged that she may need assistance or offered to change to a handicap access bathroom. The clerk was more interested in getting me to sign up for their "rewards program" that I refused, but still received an email stating that I had approved to join. It is a large hotel, but there were very few gathering places, so we just sat in an area that looked like an unused lounge. Staff walked by frequently and no one told us to leave the area, so we guessed that we were OK to be sitting in there. Staff seemed rushed and like they were overworked.

I would like more restaurant options

Great location and very nice hotel overall, nice beds etc. a few minutes walk to the airport, prob around 6 minutes. Only thing I wasn’t happy about was that I booked it as it said there was a pool. There is, it’s just not at the hotel. It’s a shared use pool somewhere else. I assume the gym would be where the pool was and so I didn’t use either, and that was one of the main reasons I booked it.

Be careful of the room service ….. wasn’t tasty and really small portions if you are splitting
