The Holiday Inn was very conveniently located near the Airport. The shuttle service was great! When I returned from my vacation on the morning of July 14th, I had to call the hotel to find out where I could catch the shuttle back to the hotel, and the customer service was great. The young lady stayed on the phone with me until I found my location to catch the shuttle.

The room and lobby was extremely clean. The parking lot lights was dim and not a lot of parking space. The room has no box spring or it's worned out. When I say on the bed I heard the wooden bottom.

Not unique, but very good

Was unexpectedly re-routed to BWI, and rolled into the hotel at 1am. The front desk staff was incredibly nice. The room was super clean, the bedding was great. There was a nice little restaurant with free breakfast that was lovely. Made a bad flight day an little better.

Beautiful

Above ALL the staff were amazing, in my career as airline crew I have stayed in 5* hotels… it’s not the fluffy towels or six types of coffee in the room, it’s how the staff make you feel. What a surprise that what I thought would be an average airport stay would be such a pleasure. All the staff, reception, bar, breakfast and especially the airport transfer lady

The facilty was great--very clean and close to the airport. The shuttle was very convenient and all the staff members were great. I had a late flight and requested for a late checkout. which was granted without any hesitation..

Great all around

We just stayed the night before leaving on our family trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus was on time and ready to go and dropped us right where we needed to be.

The staff all look sad/angry and not welcoming. Had to call twice for pickup from BWI. Stood behind a large group to check in and desk clerk never acknowledged me or said hello, even when clear the large group was just hanging around blocking the check in desk. Restaurant hours not explained, breakfast bar no “hello/welcome” plus no utensils, coffee empty at 7 AM. Staff acted bothered when asked for utensils. Tub in the room leaked. Clerk at checkout did apologize and offered complimentary snack and drink. That clerk should lead the staff in hospitality training. Paying customers should at least be welcomed and appreciated not treated like a nuisance.

The bed is not good make a lot of sound

We were just there overnight due to a flight issue. But very friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was $2.00 when you reserve your room. Well worth it.

Nice stay. The staff was very accommodating.

This was my second stay here in a little over a month. I loved the cleanliness due to traveling with my toddler. Staff was super sweet and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing as well!!
