Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hyatt Place Mystic

The hotel is central to all of the Mystic attractions. Check in was quick and courteous and the rooms were well appointed, clean and nice and cool after checking in on a hot summer day !

Room was ok had a bug and spider web bathroom was hard to get in and out because of door they wanted to enter our room to fix air conditioner we stayed and people were in our room when we weren’t there won’t stay there again there is no complementary breakfast you will pay for it

Nice property

The room was clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The outdoor pool was clean. The only drawback is that the sink is outside of the bathroom; and both are located at the foot of the beds...so anytime you need to use the toilet and wash your hands - you could disturb the others.

The Hyatt was very convenient to the Mystic Village and local restaurants

The pool. I booked this property specifically for the pool, and it was horrendous!

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. Everyone was helpful in helping us find where we need to go within the town and the restaurants we were looking for.

All the staff are very genuine and helpful. The room is very clean. I wish the check in could be earlier since we arrive at noon. It is a bit far from the action of downtown. But once we figure out where to park near downtown, it is convenient to go there anytime

Great propert

Read the reviews of many places in the area, this one had good ones. Did not live up to the reviews. The Good: the room had a couch in one area, bed in the other. That was nice to be able to relax without sitting on the bed. The room was clean. The bad: the staff took forever just to check us in, then gave us rooms right next to the elevator even though we were some of the first to check in. They later said we requested rooms near each other, I didn’t care, and never asked them that, but they said they were looking for rooms near each other and the two by the elevator were the ONLY ones available; they didn’t say, “these rooms are by the elevator is that ok?” I would have expressly said NO. Instead they handed us key cards and I had to ask where to go. People were in the hall until after 11:00 pm and loud!! We ran the AC’s as long as we could to drown out the noise. But you cannot sleep with them running because it sounds like you’re in a cargo airplane, it’s so loud. Then the second night, dogs in the hall after 9:00 pm, barking! On checking out, we waited while they hunted down a bar of soap for a guest. Then dismissed me. We had high hopes. I don’t travel often, so this was supposed to be special. Getting in and out of the hotel parking lot was not always easy. And although they advertise “walking distance” to some of the attractions, there is no way to walk to them; You have to drive even though it’s 2-3 minutes, if that. There are other hotels in the area, go there!
