Breakfast had a wide selection of food. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The person who checked us in was friendly but didn't really communicate great. Not what i am used to when i check into other hotels. We were on the second floor and had to ask where the stairs were to get to the second floor as they didn't mention it to us when we checked in. Also didn't mention the wifi password or that it was inside the room card holder (i looked inside the card holder as i know that is where other hotels put it) or what time breakfast started. Also, my address was not showing up correctly on the tablet and the person entered my correct info into the system. She mentioned to me to confirm on the tablet so i was standing there waiting for my correct address to appear and it wasn't so i mentioned my address was still incorrect. The person finally mentioned that it will not show on the tablet but to just confirm the other info. I had to have them come up as i couldn't open the door. Entered the room.and it was cold. Had to have the front desk come back up as i couldn't get the heat/ac unit to work.
