Cleanliness!

The hotel was very clean. They even took time to add in little extras like table centrepieces and decorations around various places. The staff was very friendly.

Staff was very nice and helpful during the whole visit. Room was also very nice. Overall experience was wonderful!

check in staff was warm and friendly, room was clean and comfortable areas for improvement: in room coffee please (not just decaffeinated!!) and some way to quiet the noise around 4-5am when people are leaving for the airport (or I assume that is the case). this is a tricky problem, I realize, but made for a very long day for me as my sleep was very interrupted from 4am onward. thank you.

They were super helpful

We checked in at 2:15pm and our room was ready, was not very impressed that we were still charged $25 for early check in. We typically would wait and avoid the extra charge but this time we had a wedding to get to. The room was clean and suitable for a one night stay. We woke up to yelling and screaming in the middle of the night (3am?) and we’re up for a little while. Assuming there was a domestic situation going on as it sounded like a couple fighting in the hallway. Not sure if staff were aware of this but perhaps more security measures could be in place to ensure the respect and consideration of all guests.

The room was clean and had updated furniture. I find when I reserve pet friendly accommodations the rooms are typically dirty and run down but this location had updated rooms and no signs of “pets” as it should be! In my opinion there should be a dirty human fee instead of pets! The sliding door made it so easy for taking the dog in and out and unloading any luggage. You can park right infront of the room which is super important to me traveling with a load of furniture I could keep an eye on it! The hotel is in an industrial type area right off of the highway which was actually preferred as it kept the foot traffic low and with a reactive dog it was more than ideal. The staff as friendly and the breakfast was an amazing amenity!!

Really great staff, everyone was friendly, they have tea, coffee, juice and water available all the time. The buffet was delicious, great variety of items. Just note they don't have an elevator. It was a great stay, easy to park your vehicle and offload/unload your things. Would stay here again.

Staff were extremely nice. The beds were hard and very noisy with jack hammers at 6 am. Not the fault of the hotel. Just roadwork right next to hotel. Rooms were very clean and bathroom also. Great water pressure in showers. Big plus. Overall good hotel for the money.

Bed was smaller than expected, the air conditioning was broken so there was a mobile unit in the room. The sink was also cracked. Overall it was good for a one night stop over. The staff was super nice and friendly.
