It was fine

Convenient to be on ground level

Appreciated the breakfast in the morning, and an easy and quick check in Wish the room came supplied with shampoo and conditioner. Not just soap and lotion

Couldn't get contacted to wifi ..and had troubles raising the temperature in the room, the thermostat was a bit complicated with no instructions.. We stayed because of a power outage and we were feed up with being cold

It was because there was cray bad weather and needed a place to pull off the highway It was excatly what we needed… but the price was very high for a 2 star hotel at best feel like hotels.com and cfort inn raised the prices due to the weather power outsges and trafficd

Great stay

Only stay here if you enjoy hockey kids and parents disrupting your sleep, ineffective staff who cannot control said hockey teams and cold water.

The only complaint I had was that a dog and a baby kept me up half the night but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. It’s a little dated but everything was clean. The staff were great!

Closest exterior exit to our room was blocked by snow and the exit that was utilized from the opposite side of the hotel was never locked or key carded over night. We checked at midnight and it was still accessible without a key card from the outside. I used a coat hanger to secure our room. Overall not a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. However that is the only positive to our stay. Room heat and cool was loud and unmanageable. Air vent in bathroom was very loud. Just not impressed.

The photos on Expedia look much nicer than the actual property. It is like they took photos from a different comfort inn and posted them. The lobby and the exterior of the hotel look completely different. Very dated rooms.

I was disappointed in our experience here. To begin, the entrance was undefined- perhaps it’s under construction? But ideally there would have been more signs. Rooms were not ready upon arrival shortly after check-in time, and there was no provision of an estimated time. We returned an hour later and after some confusion, it turned out to be not ready again. We left to our engagement and returned at 9:00 pm - the room was ready - and was ‘fine’, albeit old. It felt from our experience, however, that there was little care or concern our experience. I teach in a hospitality program - and for me there are some teachable moments here.

Friendly front desk. Good basic hotel with bar fridge and microwave in each room and a good selection of food for a complete full breakfast included, plus free coffee and lemon water 24/7 (in lobby). Unfortunately, there is no elevator and the stairs are open cement slab design (not safe for small children and difficult to climb with luggage). Ask for a ground floor room, if you have mobility issues or are travelling with children. Halls and room carpet could be cleaner.
