Bra beliggenhet, veldig sentralt!

The environment was clean, the hotel offered easy access to all amenities, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was nutritious. I had a wonderful stay with my parents and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Clean room and overall a good hotel. Shame about unattentive staff (not speaking any (!) Norwegian is not a problem for me, but when the English is also bad - its a problem) Ordered late checkout, but was still woken up by checkout time. Breakfast was fine, but not great. Bed was really firm, but overall the room was nice.

Really really nice included breakfast, comfy lounge area. It was a very tiny room, some wear and tear but clean. Great location walkable to restaurants and shops in Tromso.

Flott hotell med god service og god mat.

Ok hotell for en natt. Bærer preg av slitasje, men ellers rent og pent. Fikk rom ut mot frokostsalen, og det var ganske lytt da det ble arrangert noe samling på kvelden.

Sentral beliggenhet. Kort vei til sentrum. God frokost. Veldig små rom, virket noe gammelt og slitt.

Vi var her i 6 timer, fin opplevelse.

I like the property because it was right there at the tip of the walking boardwalk for downtown had a great breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like were the lights in the bedrooms it’s not very bright.

God frokost. Rolig og fint og veldig sentralt.

Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen. God frokost. Slitent rom, slitne korridorer. Rommet lite, og med enkelt møblement. Vanskelig å få det kjølig nok på rommet gjennom natten. God seng. Alt i alt ok opphold, men andre strawberryhotell i byen er mye mer up to date, Saga begynner å bli slitt.

Fantastisk frokost, trivelig personale.

Very big ( and good ) breakfast buffet. In the center, close to the port.
